ERP质量追溯功能在W汽车制造企业的应用研究

【摘要】:本文通过具体的案例,结合质量管理相关理论知识,通过实地调研、查阅资料、借用质量理论联系实际案例的分析方法,从W公司的质量追溯管理现状以及ERP相关理论应用入手,分析出W公司在质量追溯管理方面的问题现状。根据W公司在质量追溯方面存在的问题现状以及汽车制造行业生产采购特点,结合戴明环相关质量理论构建了一个适用于汽车制造行业的质量追溯模型。依据该质量追溯模型建立了一套以SAP系统为主,RFID和主机柜系统为辅的信息化质量追溯解决方案。依据该方案解决了W公司当前质量管理尤其是质量追溯方面存在的重要问题。本文最重要的创新成果就是在质量追溯模型指导下,把汽车行业普遍应用的SAP系统加以发扬光大,启用了QM质检管理模块,同时启用了关键部件的序列号管理和普通件的批次管理功能,并把当前最为有效的RFID电子标签技术有效的和SAP结合起来,形成了以RFID系统为主进行信息采集,SAP系统为主进行记录并汇总分析的一个立体化多维度的质量追溯模型的解决方案。对同类企业有重要的借鉴意义,尤其是对整个汽车零部件生产行业的质量追溯水平的提高起到了重要作用。同时使ERP软件系统在汽车制造企业的质量追溯管理上达到了一个新的应用高度,有重要的现实意义和应用价值。
[Abstract]:In this paper, through specific cases, combined with quality management related theoretical knowledge, through field research, reference materials, using quality theory combined with the actual case analysis method, Starting with the current situation of quality traceability management of W Company and the application of ERP theory, this paper analyzes the current situation of quality traceability management in W Company. According to the existing problems in quality traceability of W Company and the characteristics of manufacture and purchase in automobile manufacturing industry, a quality traceability model suitable for automobile manufacturing industry is constructed by combining with the relevant quality theory of Dai Minghuan. According to the quality traceability model, a set of information quality traceability solution is established, which is supplemented by SAP system and host cabinet system. According to this scheme, the important problems in current quality management, especially in quality traceability of W Company are solved. Under the guidance of quality tracing model, the most important innovation of this paper is to carry forward the SAP system, which is widely used in automobile industry, and use the QM quality inspection and management module. At the same time, the serial number management of key components and batch management of ordinary parts are enabled, and the most effective RFID tag technology is effectively combined with SAP. A three-dimensional multi-dimensional quality traceability model based on RFID system is developed, which is mainly used for information collection and information collection. It has important reference significance to the similar enterprises, especially to the improvement of the quality tracing level of the whole auto parts production industry. At the same time, ERP software system has reached a new level of application in the quality traceability management of automobile manufacturing enterprises, which has important practical significance and application value.
