“国油国运”政策对我国油轮运输产业的影响分析

【摘要】：2005年,我国制定的"国油国运"政策对我国油轮运输产业产生了深远的影响。该政策虽然给国内油品运输企业带来了发展红利,但是不可避免的存在一些需要解决的问题。本文首先介绍了我国油轮运输产业的发展现状;其次从利弊两方面分析了"国油国运"政策对我国油轮运输产生的影响;最后针对产生的负面影响提出了一些对策建议,以期能实现"国油国运"政策下我国油轮运输产业的健康发展。
[Abstract]:In 2005, the policy of "national oil transportation" made by our country had a profound influence on the tanker transportation industry in China. Although this policy has brought the development dividend to the domestic oil product transportation enterprises, there are inevitably some problems to be solved. This paper first introduces the present situation of oil tanker transportation industry in China; secondly, analyzes the influence of "national oil transportation" policy on oil tanker transportation in China from the two aspects of pros and cons; finally, puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the negative impact. The purpose is to realize the healthy development of tanker transportation industry under the policy of "national oil transportation".
