基于价值链的合诚工程检测公司竞争战略研究

【摘要】:从上个世纪90年代,人们提出“要想富,先修路”的口号,到二十一世纪全国形成以高速公路为骨架的路网格局,公路建设为经济发展做出了巨大的贡献。随着国家交通基础设施建设投资的增加,作为工程质量管理重要手段的试验检测得到了迅速的发展,检测行业既面临着机遇与也面临着挑战。随着国家进一步发挥市场机制在经济资源配置中的作用,检测市场进一步放开,鼓励社会第三方检测机构参与工程建设过程和工后运营阶段的检测,同时加大了行业监管力度,检测机构无论从数量上还是规模上都得到了空前发展,作为第三方检测机构的民营企业面临巨大的竞争压力。合诚工程检测公司是国内一家第三方工程检测机构,成立于2006年,经过几年的发展,已经初具规模。面对复杂多变的环境,检测公司要在激烈的竞争环境中生存和发展,将品牌做大做强,就非常有必要进行竞争战略研究,构建自己的竞争优势。本文运用竞争战略理论和价值链理论,对合诚工程检测公司的战略进行研究。首先从宏观环境和行业竞争环境进行分析,识别出公司面临着国家政策支持和行业快速发展等良好的成长机会,同时也面临着行业监管趋紧、竞争日益激烈等威胁。其次,从价值链角度对合诚工程检测公司内部价值活动和价值链系统进行分析,识别企业的优势和劣势。接着采用EFE矩阵和IFE矩阵对外部环境和内部环境的关键因素进行归纳提炼,用SWOT矩阵工具对机会与威胁、优势和劣势进行匹配,同时采用QSPM矩阵对备选战略进行选择。最后,结合行业特点和企业自身实际情况,制定出合诚工程检测公司的竞争战略和战略实施途径。本文还提出了通过公司的业务流程优化、市场业务拓展、检测服务模式创新、质量控制加强和信息化建设等一系列的措施促进战略的实施。本文期望通过对合诚工程检测公司竞争战略的研究,对合诚工程检测公司的经营以及给同类企业的发展提供参考思路。
[Abstract]:From the 1990s, people put forward the slogan of "want to be rich, build roads first", and form the highway network pattern with highway as the skeleton in the 21 century. Highway construction has made great contribution to the economic development. With the increase of national transportation infrastructure construction investment, the test and detection, as an important means of engineering quality management, has been developed rapidly. The testing industry is faced with both opportunities and challenges. As the state further exerts the role of the market mechanism in the allocation of economic resources, the testing market is further liberalized, and the third party inspection institutions of the society are encouraged to participate in the inspection of the construction process and the post-work operation phase of the project, and at the same time, the supervision of the industry has been strengthened. As a third party testing institution, private enterprises are facing great competition pressure, both in terms of quantity and scale. Hesheng Engineering testing Company is a third-party engineering testing organization in China, founded in 2006, after several years of development, has begun to take shape. In the face of complex and changeable environment, it is very necessary to study the competitive strategy and construct its own competitive advantage if the testing company wants to survive and develop in the fierce competition environment and make the brand bigger and stronger. In this paper, the competitive strategy theory and the value chain theory are used to study the strategy of Hesheng Engineering Inspection Company. Based on the analysis of macro environment and competition environment, it is recognized that the company is facing good growth opportunities such as the support of national policy and the rapid development of the industry. At the same time, it also faces the threat of tighter supervision and fiercer competition. Secondly, it analyzes the internal value activities and value chain system of Hecheng Engineering Inspection Company from the value chain point of view, and identifies the advantages and disadvantages of enterprises. Then EFE matrix and IFE matrix are used to summarize the key factors of external environment and internal environment, and SWOT matrix tools are used to match opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses, and QSPM matrix is used to select alternative strategies. Finally, according to the characteristics of the industry and the actual situation of the enterprise itself, the competitive strategy and the implementation way of the company are worked out. This paper also puts forward a series of measures to promote the implementation of the strategy, such as optimizing the business process, expanding the market business, innovating the testing service mode, strengthening the quality control and information construction, etc. This paper hopes that through the study of competitive strategy of Hecheng Engineering Inspection Company, the management of Hecheng Engineering Inspection Company and the development of similar enterprises will be provided with reference ideas.
