[Abstract]:With the unprecedented rapid and stable development of the Chinese economy and the continuous improvement of the standard of living of the people, the demand for automobiles is also rising. A large number of international auto parts manufacturing enterprises have begun to quickly seize the Chinese market. Domestic auto parts brands are experiencing great competition pressure. In the process of competing with these large manufacturers, the state-owned auto parts industry should speed up the transition from traditional labor-intensive to intensive, on the basis of upgrading production lines and upgrading the ability of technicians. Through the perfect project management process management to effectively control the production progress, so that enterprises in the competition to master the core competitiveness and leadership, thus effectively enhance the production capacity of enterprises and R & D innovation, As soon as possible to solve the focus of the current enterprise production. The company is a domestic company with more than 20 years of professional production of micro precision bearing experience, the paper through the CDMS P415 project in-depth scientific research and analysis, Combined with the company's current project management process, organizational structure and long-term strategic objectives of enterprise development, a series of problems existed in the project management process of P415 project were excavated. It is this series of problems that cause CDMS P415 project to be in a low production level, bring little economic benefits to the enterprise, and the technical bottleneck can not be broken through. This paper first introduces the research and practical significance of P415 project of CDMS Company, then systematically combs the theory of project management and process reengineering involved, and then combines with the practical problems in P415 project of CDMS Company. With the help of modern management theory, the purpose of improving the whole process of project management process reengineering is realized by combining theory with practice. Through the refinement of human resource management, the deepening of the WBS work decomposition of the management process and the formation of the job description package for each stage of the task, the logical relationship between the tasks is improved and the division of tasks is strengthened during the implementation of the project. The standardized Project Management system after the process improvement of CDMS Company is not only applicable to all departments and places involved in the quality Management system of CDMS Company. Moreover, it has practical reference and guiding significance when solving the problem of project management process improvement for domestic enterprises of the same type.
