大型装备服务型制造项目管理的协同机制研究

【摘要】:服务型制造(Service-Oriented Manufacturing,以下简称SOM)是一种先进的制造模式,是将制造与服务相互融合的新型产业形态。随着全球经济一体化的加深,大型装备制造企业逐渐从传统的装备制造模式向SOM模式转型。在转型过程中,大型装备制造企业面临目标、信息、组织等诸多项目管理协同问题。如何构建服务型制造项目的协同机制,实现服务型制造项目的协同管理,促使企业核心竞争力的提升,是当前大型装备制造企业转型面临的主要问题。本文在服务型制造和项目协同管理理论研究基础上,对大型装备服务型制造(Large Equipment Service-Oriented Manufacturing,简称LESOM)项目管理协同机制进行了系统的研究。采用系统分析方法对LESOM产生的背景和内容进行了分析,建立了LESOM模式。在阐述项目自组织冲突基础上,分析了LESOM项目的协同管理需求,给出了LESOM项目协同管理模型思路。重点针对项目质量、工期、成本与服务等多目标协同问题,基于改进的合同网模型,引入协调度系数,建立了项目质量、工期、成本与服务的多目标协同机制。针对LESOM全生命周期过程中的信息协同问题,在信息流分析基础上,建立了基于信息共享平台项目信息协同机制。研究内容经过实例应用,具有有效性。本文研究的LESOM模式、LESOM项目协同管理模型、多目标协同机制及信息协同机制,为企业服务型制造项目实现整体协同提供了新的思路和方法,对大型装备制造企业的转型升级提供了技术支撑。
[Abstract]:Service manufacturing (SOM for short) is an advanced manufacturing model and a new industrial form that integrates manufacturing and service. With the deepening of global economic integration, large equipment manufacturing enterprises are gradually transforming from the traditional equipment manufacturing mode to the SOM model. In the process of transformation, large equipment manufacturing enterprises face many problems of project management coordination, such as goal, information, organization and so on. How to construct the cooperative mechanism of service-oriented manufacturing projects, realize the collaborative management of service-oriented manufacturing projects, and promote the core competitiveness of enterprises are the main problems facing the transformation of large-scale equipment manufacturing enterprises. Based on the theory of service-oriented manufacturing and project collaborative management, this paper systematically studies the cooperative mechanism of large-scale equipment service-oriented manufacturing (LESOM) project management. The background and content of LESOM are analyzed by system analysis method, and the LESOM model is established. Based on the analysis of project self-organization conflict, this paper analyzes the requirement of collaborative management of LESOM project, and gives the idea of collaborative management model of LESOM project. Aiming at the multi-objective coordination problems such as project quality, duration, cost and service, based on the improved contract net model, the coordination coefficient is introduced, and the multi-objective coordination mechanism of project quality, duration, cost and service is established. Aiming at the problem of information collaboration in the whole life cycle of LESOM, a project information collaboration mechanism based on information sharing platform is established on the basis of information flow analysis. The research content has been applied by an example and has been proved to be effective. The LESOM model, the LESOM project collaborative management model, the multi-objective cooperative mechanism and the information collaborative mechanism studied in this paper provide new ideas and methods for the enterprise service-oriented manufacturing project to realize the overall collaboration. It provides technical support for the transformation and upgrading of large equipment manufacturing enterprises.
