兖州煤业有限公司持续竞争优势构建研究
[Abstract]:As an important part of the national economy, the coal industry plays an irreplaceable role in the sustainable development of our economy and society. At present, with the changes of the world economy and the environment of energy industry, our coal enterprises are facing severe challenges, such as the increasingly fierce competition in the industry, environmental pollution, the serious weakening of the location advantage, the decline of the profits of the enterprises, and so on. How to maintain lasting competitive advantage and realize sustainable development in such an environment is a problem that every enterprise must consider. Yanzhou Coal Industry Co., Ltd. as an important coal production enterprise in China, has played an important role in the economic development of coal energy field. In recent years, although enterprises have strengthened the research and application of strategic management, they are still faced with a series of problems, such as the environmental pollution of enterprises, the decline of profits, the simple industrial chain, the primary products and the organizational personnel structure. The problems of resource integration and technical and business backwardness are closely related to the lack of sustainable competitive advantage. Therefore, enterprises can solve a series of problems and realize the sustainable development of enterprises only by constructing a truly sustainable competitive advantage. From the angle of enterprise, this paper analyzes the present situation of enterprise development, and constructs a sustainable competitive advantage suitable for enterprise development, which is of great significance to the development of coal industry and Yanzhou Coal Industry Co., Ltd. First of all, the paper is slowly and deeply transforming the energy industry, and the competition within the industry is becoming more and more intense, which leads to the weakening of the original location advantage, the narrowing of the development space of the traditional energy industry in our country, and the environmental problems. The urgency of constructing sustainable competitive advantage of coal enterprises is put forward. Through the method of literature research, the author takes Chong Zhou Coal Industry Co., Ltd as an example to analyze the environment of coal enterprises and the advantages and disadvantages of Yanzhou Coal Industry Co., Ltd. in detail. Based on the understanding of the enterprise and the environment, this paper puts forward the construction method of the sustainable competitive advantage of Yanzhou Coal Industry Co., Ltd in the current economic environment and in the future development trend: bring into play the strategic advantage of the enterprise and integrate the enterprise resources. Improve the dynamic ability of the organization, promote the innovation of enterprise value, change the development strategy of the enterprise, strengthen the dynamic ability of the organization, This paper discusses the implementation scheme of sustainable competitive advantage for Yanzhou Coal Industry Co., Ltd., from the aspects of improving the ability of enterprise resource integration and building value innovative organization, which is of great significance to the sustainable long-term development of the enterprise. This paper is divided into seven parts: the first part is the introduction, including the research background, research significance, research framework and research methods, as well as innovation. The second part is the relevant theoretical basis, and analyzes the connotation, characteristics and sources of sustainable competitive advantage of enterprises. The third part is to analyze the external environment of Yanzhou Coal Industry Co., Ltd. With PEST and five Force Model, and SWOT analysis, pointing out the complexity and dynamic of the environment of Yanzhou Coal Industry Co., Ltd. The fourth part is based on the sustainable competitive advantage theory and characteristics of Yanzhou Coal Industry Co., Ltd. to analyze and summarize the current situation of sustainable competitive advantage, and on the basis of this analysis of the necessity and importance of building sustainable competitive advantage. The fifth part is on the basis of analysis, put forward the construction strategy of Yanzhou Coal Industry Co., Ltd. The sixth part is the implementation of Yanzhou Coal Industry Co., Ltd.'s sustainable competitive advantage construction scheme, according to Yanzhou Coal Industry Co., Ltd. The seventh part is the summary and prospect.
