蓝天天然气公司纵向一体化发展战略研究

【摘要】:近几年来,环境污染问题被人们广泛关注,我国已经把改善能源结构,发展清洁能源作为国家能源调整战略的重点。天然气作为清洁、优质的生态能源和经济、高效的化工原料,得到了国内外一致认同,天然气在我国乃至世界的能源消费结构中,将会占有越来越高的比重,天然气产业迎来新的发展契机。随着国家相关扶持政策的出台,我国天然气探明储量逐步增加,管网建设逐步加快,天然气行业呈现快速发展的态势。在这一背景下,天然气管输行业发展潜力巨大,机遇与挑战并存。怎样把握机遇,应对复杂多变的外部环境,在日趋激烈的市场竞争中取胜并谋求更大的发展,是摆在每个管输公司面前的共性问题。蓝天天然气公司是胶东地区从事天然气长输管道行业的中外合资企业,公司产业链较为单一,且面临着上游气源不充足、新进竞争者抢占市场的威胁。本文通过对该公司进行研究,从促进公司可持续性发展的愿景出发,在充分调研的基础上,根据战略管理的基本原理,运用多种分析方法,分析了蓝天天然气公司的内、外部环境和优势、劣势,提出了合理的纵向一体化发展战略。本文提出了蓝天天然气公司纵向一体化发展战略的目标、方向和途径,明确提出公司要分别向产业链前向、后向扩张,制定出基于购并的前向一体化发展战略和基于战略联盟的后向一体化发展战略,提出了能够保障战略实施具体措施。本文的研究,对于处在产业链中游,经营发展存在局限且面临竞争挑战的蓝天天然气公司,有着较为实际的指导意义,对于类似的管输企业探寻发展之路也有一定的借鉴意义。同时,本文对我国天然气行业的改革与发展,也将起到一定的借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the problem of environmental pollution has been widely concerned by people. In China, improving the energy structure and developing clean energy are the key points of the national energy adjustment strategy. Natural gas as a clean, high-quality ecological energy and economy, efficient chemical raw materials, has been unanimously recognized at home and abroad, natural gas in our country and even the world's energy consumption structure, will occupy an increasingly high proportion. Natural gas industry ushered in a new opportunity for development. With the introduction of relevant national support policies, the proven reserves of natural gas in China are gradually increasing, the pipe network construction is gradually speeding up, and the natural gas industry is showing a rapid development trend. Under this background, the development potential of natural gas pipeline industry is huge, opportunities and challenges coexist. How to grasp the opportunity, deal with the complex and changeable external environment, win in the increasingly fierce market competition and seek greater development, is the common problem in front of every pipeline company. Lantian Natural Gas Company is a Sino-foreign joint venture engaged in gas pipeline industry in Jiaodong area. The industrial chain of the company is relatively single, and it is facing the threat of insufficient upstream gas sources and new competitors to seize the market. In this paper, through the research of the company, from the perspective of promoting the sustainable development of the company, on the basis of full investigation, according to the basic principles of strategic management, using a variety of analytical methods to analyze the blue sky natural gas company, External environment, advantages and disadvantages, put forward a reasonable vertical integration development strategy. This paper puts forward the goal, direction and way of the vertical integration development strategy of Blue Sky Natural Gas Company, and clearly points out that the company should expand forward and backward respectively to the industrial chain. The forward integrated development strategy based on merger and acquisition and the backward integrated development strategy based on strategic alliance are worked out, and the concrete measures to guarantee the implementation of the strategy are put forward. The research in this paper is of practical significance to the blue sky natural gas company which is in the industry chain, limited in the management development and facing the challenge of competition, and also has certain reference significance for the similar pipeline enterprises to explore the way of development. At the same time, this paper will also play a certain role in the reform and development of natural gas industry in China.
