中国电子信息制造业集聚度与创新能力相关性分析

【摘要】:电子信息制造业是中国国民经济的战略性、基础性、先导性产业,是加快中国工业转型升级以及国民经济和社会信息化建设的技术支撑与物质基础,是保障国防建设和国家信息安全的重要基石。2014年,中国电子信息产业发展领先于全国工业,其增长速度在全国41个工业中处于第7位。近年来,中国电子信息制造业的发展呈现出结构调整的特点,中西部地区发展持续推进。电子信息产业“十二五”发展规划提出优化产业发展空间布局,加快形成区域新增长极的目标。文章选取中国电子信息制造业作为研究对象,首先采用区位熵指标分析中国电子信息产业的集聚度,其次采用因子分析法分析中国电子信息产业的的创新能力,最后对产业集聚趋势和创新能力集聚进行分析,采用皮尔森分析法分析二者之间相关关系的方向性,并采用回归分析法分析区位熵指数和创新能力以及区位熵指数和创新三大主因子之间的关系,文章结尾根据实证分析的结果为促进中国电子信息制造业发挥已有的集聚优势、形成新的区域增长极、提高产业的技术创新能力提供一些建议。论文主要计算了2011年全国31个省市的区位熵指数和2005年到2011年主要省市区位熵指数的变动趋势,呈现出中国电子信息制造业发展向中西部地区推进的空间结构演变趋势;同时,选取RD人员全时当量、RD经费支出、新产品开发经费支出、研发仪器设备支出、新产品产值、新产品销售收入、专利申请数、产业总产值、有研发机构的企业数、企业仪器设备、FDI、地区经济发展水平12个指标的相对值作为原始变量构建创新能力评价指标体系。结果表明,中国电子信息产业技术创新能力较强的地区主要集中在东部沿海地区,且与产业集聚度比较高的地区基本一致,产业集聚与产业创新能力之间的关系是相互的,二者互相影响,同时体现创新能力的创新投入因子对区位熵指数存在着正的影响。
[Abstract]:Electronic information manufacturing industry is the strategic, basic and leading industry of China's national economy. It is the technical support and material basis for speeding up the transformation and upgrading of China's industry and the construction of national economy and social informatization. It is an important cornerstone of national defense construction and national information security. In 2014, China's electronics and information industry developed ahead of the national industry, and its growth rate ranked 7th among 41 national industries. In recent years, the development of electronic information manufacturing industry in China presents the characteristics of structural adjustment, and the development of the central and western regions continues to advance. The 12th Five-Year Plan of Electronic and Information Industry puts forward the goal of optimizing the spatial layout of industrial development and speeding up the formation of new regional growth poles. This paper selects the electronic information manufacturing industry of China as the research object. Firstly, it uses the location entropy index to analyze the convergence degree of the electronic information industry in China; secondly, it analyzes the innovation ability of the electronic information industry in China by the factor analysis method. Finally, the trend of industrial agglomeration and the agglomeration of innovation ability are analyzed, and the direction of the correlation between them is analyzed by Pearson method. The paper also analyzes the relationship between location entropy index and innovation ability and the relationship between location entropy index and innovation by regression analysis. At the end of the paper, according to the results of empirical analysis, the paper gives full play to the existing advantages of electronic information manufacturing industry in China. Form a new regional growth pole, improve the industry's technological innovation ability to provide some suggestions. The paper mainly calculates the change trend of the location entropy index of 31 provinces and cities in 2011 and the main provinces and cities from 2005 to 2011, showing the evolution trend of the spatial structure of the electronic information manufacturing industry in China to the central and western regions. At the same time, RD personnel full-time equivalent, RD expenditure, new product development expenditure, R & D equipment expenditure, new product output value, new product sales income, patent application number, total industrial output value, number of enterprises with R & D institutions, The relative value of 12 indexes of FDI, regional economic development level is used as the original variable to construct the evaluation index system of innovation ability. The results show that the areas with strong technological innovation capability of electronic and information industry are mainly concentrated in the eastern coastal areas, and are basically consistent with the areas with high industrial concentration, and the relationship between industrial agglomeration and industrial innovation ability is mutual. The two factors influence each other and the innovation input factor which embodies the innovation ability has a positive effect on the location entropy index.
