低油价背景下海合会国家的石油战略与国民经济发展

【摘要】：2014年6月份开始,国际原油价格暴跌近六成。由于自身经济缺乏多样性与过分依赖石油产业,以致海合会国家产业结构扭曲,石油产业被视为海合会国家的国民经济支柱,国际石油价格的大幅下挫势必影响海合会国家的国民经济发展。针对低国际石油价格背景,对海合会国家石油经济总体战略与当前应对低油价政策进行分析,并通过经济数据的分析阐明低国际石油价格对海合会国家国民经济的影响。
[Abstract]:Since June 2014, international crude oil prices have plummeted by nearly 60%. Due to the lack of diversity in their own economies and their over-dependence on the oil industry, the industrial structure of GCC countries is distorted, and the oil industry is regarded as the pillar of the national economy of the GCC countries. The sharp drop in international oil prices is bound to affect the economic development of GCC countries. In view of the background of low international oil price, this paper analyzes the overall strategy of oil economy of GCC countries and the current policy of low oil price, and expounds the influence of low international oil price on the national economy of GCC countries through the analysis of economic data.
