供应链管理环境下企业采购供应商评价选择研究

【摘要】：随着经济全球化的到来和市场竞争的逐渐加剧,现代企业的经营和管理也发生了相应的变化,越来越多的企业开始倾向于采取供应链管理模式。供应链管理理论和应用逐渐成为学者们研究的热点,同样也成为企业增强竞争力的重要决策。供应商评价选择是供应链管理的重要内容之一,供应商的质量直接决定了企业产品的质量,合适的供应商对于企业增强核心竞争力、优化企业内部资源、降低采购成本、提升企业良好形象都起着极为重要的作用。因此,如何在供应链管理环境下科学有效地对供应商进行评价选择就成为企业实施供应链管理的一个重要环节。笔者通过对X公司采购供应商评价选择的方法进行调查,发现X公司现行的供应商评价选择指标体系很难真正的对供应商进行全面、准确、综合的把握和了解,处于评价的初级阶段。另外,从X公司现有的供应商评价选择体系来看,其评价选择指标体系的设计存在较强的主观性,缺乏一定的客观性,这必然会对评价结果产生影响,导致选择的供应商脱离实际需求,阻碍企业的发展。因此,本文充分考察了X公司的供应商发展现状,以X公司对供应商评价选择的需求为出发点,着重探讨和研究了 X公司供应商评价选择方法,并利用了一种解决多属性决策问题的新方法--基于组合权重的G-T方法。该方法将欧氏距离和灰色关联度有机结合,构造了一种新的相对贴近度以实现对方案的评价,相对贴近度越大则方案越优秀。在此过程中本文引入了组合权重对原始矩阵进行了加权标准化,使得评价选择结果更加准确可靠。首先,论文介绍了文章的研究背景和研究意义,评述了国内外供应商评价选择的研究现状,阐述了供应链以及供应链管理的概念、供应链管理的特征与目标,在此基础上分析了供应商评价选择的重要性和供应商评价选择的原则、步骤以及分类情况。其次,论文分析了 X公司供应商评价选择的现状,深入探究了其中存在的问题,在此基础上根据建立供应商评价指标体系的原则和步骤,从采购价格、质量水平、交货期、业务能力、服务合作水平五个大的方面构建了 X公司供应商评价选择指标体系,并对各评价指标进行了详细说明。再次,论文通过设立初选评价指标利用招标法对相关供应商进行初步的评价选择,筛选出符合X公司基本要求的候选供应商,之后对满足要求的候选供应商采用层次分析法和熵权法组合赋权的方式计算评价指标的权重,并利用灰色关联分析法和逼近理想解算法组合起来建立的G-T选择模型对候选供应商进行综合评价与选择。最后,本文引入X公司为例,为X公司选出了符合公司要求的供应商,验证了本论文建立的指标体系及模型的可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of economic globalization and the gradual aggravation of market competition, the management and management of modern enterprises have also undergone corresponding changes. More and more enterprises begin to adopt the supply chain management model. The theory and application of supply chain management (SCM) has gradually become a hot topic for scholars, and it also becomes an important decision for enterprises to enhance their competitiveness. Supplier evaluation and selection is one of the important contents of supply chain management. The quality of supplier directly determines the quality of enterprise products. The suitable supplier enhances the core competitiveness of enterprise, optimizes the internal resources of enterprise, and reduces the purchasing cost. Improve the good image of enterprises are playing an extremely important role. Therefore, how to evaluate and select suppliers scientifically and effectively in the environment of supply chain management has become an important link for enterprises to implement supply chain management. By investigating the method of supplier evaluation and selection in X Company, the author finds that it is very difficult for X Company to make a comprehensive, accurate and comprehensive understanding of the supplier evaluation and selection index system. In the initial stage of evaluation. In addition, judging from the existing supplier evaluation and selection system of X Company, the design of the evaluation and selection index system has strong subjectivity and lacks some objectivity, which will inevitably have an impact on the evaluation results. Lead to the selection of suppliers out of the actual needs, hinder the development of enterprises. Therefore, this paper makes a full investigation of the current situation of supplier evaluation in X Company, taking X Company's demand for supplier evaluation and selection as the starting point, focusing on discussing and studying the method of supplier evaluation and selection in X Company. A new method for solving multi-attribute decision making problem, the G-T method based on combinatorial weight, is also used. This method combines Euclidean distance and grey correlation degree organically and constructs a new relative closeness degree to realize the evaluation of the scheme. The bigger the relative closeness degree is the better the scheme is. In this process, the combined weight is introduced to standardize the original matrix, which makes the evaluation and selection more accurate and reliable. First of all, the paper introduces the research background and significance of the article, reviews the research status of supplier evaluation and selection at home and abroad, expounds the concept of supply chain and supply chain management, the characteristics and objectives of supply chain management. On this basis, the importance of supplier evaluation and selection, the principles, steps and classification of supplier evaluation selection are analyzed. Secondly, the paper analyzes the status quo of supplier evaluation and selection in X Company, probes into the existing problems, and on this basis, according to the principles and steps of establishing supplier evaluation index system, from the purchase price, quality level, delivery time. The evaluation and selection index system of X company supplier is constructed in five aspects of business ability and service cooperation level, and each evaluation index is explained in detail. Thirdly, by setting up the primary evaluation index, the paper uses the bidding method to carry on the preliminary evaluation selection to the related suppliers, and selects the candidate suppliers that meet the basic requirements of X Company. After that, the weight of the evaluation index is calculated by the combination of AHP and entropy weight method for the candidate suppliers who meet the requirements. The G-T selection model based on the combination of grey relational analysis and approximate ideal solution algorithm is used to evaluate and select the candidate suppliers. Finally, this paper introduces X Company as an example, selects the suppliers that meet the requirements of X Company, and verifies the feasibility and validity of the index system and model established in this paper.
