纺织服装企业跨区域发展特征及其影响因素

【摘要】:为更好地探究纺织服装产业转移和集聚的微观因素,从劳动力要素的流动性入手,对预期利润函数进行适度拓展,采用逻辑回归模型分析我国纺织服装企业跨区域发展的特征与影响因素。对185家纺织服装企业及其子公司进行实证分析,结果表明:规模较大、技术水平较高的企业,更有可能采取跨区域发展的模式;与生产环节相比,研发设计环节倾向选址于劳动力要素成本较高、市场容量更大、服务业水平较高的地区,以获得高技能的专业人才和信息;高技能劳动力的高区位黏性和锁定效应,加剧了产业转移与要素分割。
[Abstract]:In order to better explore the micro factors of textile and clothing industry transfer and agglomeration, starting with the mobility of labor factors, the expected profit function is appropriately expanded. The logical regression model is used to analyze the characteristics and influencing factors of cross-regional development of textile and garment enterprises in China. The empirical analysis of 185 textile and garment enterprises and their subsidiaries shows that the enterprises with large scale and high technology level are more likely to adopt the cross-regional development model; Compared with the production link, R & D design links tend to be located in areas with higher labor factor cost, larger market capacity and higher level of service industry in order to obtain highly skilled professionals and information. High-skilled labor force with high-location viscosity and lock-in effect intensifies industrial transfer and factor division.
