基于SAP的EB公司业务流程改善研究

【摘要】:伴随着国内密封产品市场的激烈竞争,以生产机械密封为主要业务的EB公司面临着诸多方面的经营压力。如何提供价廉质优的产品,做到市场的快速反应及提供优质的服务,是企业所要面临的主要问题。目前,EB公司的生产管理模式仍然处在手工管理及计算机辅助的半手工管理方式。随着公司经营范围的不断扩大,业务复杂性不断提高,成熟的管理信息系统的缺失已经成为制约公司发展的主要问题。伴随着近年来主要竞争对手陆续完成企业信息化改造,EB公司计划对公司主要业务流程进行改进。采用信息化管理技术对全公司主要生产运营活动进行优化,从而提高企业的工作效率,使管理水平得到突破性发展。本文通过对SAP生产管理系统概念及其发展历程的介绍,融入先进核心管理思想及有关理论,结合EB公司生产经营基本情况,对信息化过程中的突出问题做集中阐述。发现企业生产经营重点问题,探寻企业管理及公司未来发展的需求。结合先进ERP管理理念及思想,阐明EB公司实施企业信息化战略发展的规划原则和建设目标。针对公司生产经营现状,提出业务流程优化的目地和办法。本文采用业务流程改进前后对比方式,通过发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的分析方法,介绍EB公司如何从产品销售、生产运营等方面逐步实现企业信息化和完成业务流程改进。同时简述实施ERP系统的其他保证措施及EB公司未来信息化发展计划。本文通过作者对项目的实际组织参与和详尽调研,加上对ERP的理论研究,以解决企业流程优化所遇到的实际问题为原则,分享企业在实施SAP生产管理系统过程的成功经验。希望可以为同类型中小企业在实施ERP管理系统过程及进行企业业务流程优化提供一定借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:With the fierce competition of domestic sealing products market, EB Company, whose main business is to produce mechanical seal, is facing the pressure from many aspects. How to provide low-price and high-quality products, how to quickly respond to the market and provide high-quality service are the main problems faced by enterprises. At present, EB's production management mode is still in manual management and computer-aided semi-manual management. With the expansion of business scope and business complexity, the lack of mature management information system has become the main problem restricting the development of the company. In recent years, EB plans to improve its main business process with the completion of enterprise informatization transformation by its main competitors in recent years. The information management technology is adopted to optimize the main production and operation activities of the whole company so as to improve the working efficiency of the enterprise and make the management level get a breakthrough development. This paper introduces the concept and development course of SAP production management system, integrates the advanced core management thought and relevant theory, and combines with the basic situation of production and management of EB company, and makes a concentrated exposition on the outstanding problems in the process of informatization. Find out the key problems of production and management, and explore the needs of the future development of the company. Combined with advanced ERP management concept and ideas, the planning principles and construction objectives of implementing enterprise information strategy development in EB Company are expounded. According to the current situation of production and operation of the company, the purpose and method of business process optimization are put forward. This article uses the business process improvement before and after the contrast way, through discovers the question, the analysis question, solves the problem analysis method, introduces EB company how to sell from the product, Production operations and other aspects of enterprise informatization and completion of business process improvement. At the same time, this paper briefly introduces the other guarantee measures of implementing ERP system and the future information development plan of EB Company. Based on the author's research on the actual organization of the project and the theoretical research on ERP, this paper shares the successful experience of the enterprise in the process of implementing the SAP production management system on the principle of solving the practical problems encountered by the enterprise process optimization. It is hoped that it can be used for reference in the process of implementing ERP management system and optimizing the business process of the same type of small and medium-sized enterprises.
