基于知识资本的装备制造企业核心竞争力评价研究

【摘要】:装备制造业为国民经济各部门进行扩大再生产提供了生产工具,是国家技术水平和综合实力的集中体现。在对外开放的大环境下,国际竞争愈演愈烈,这给装备制造企业带来威胁的同时也带来了难得的机遇,这种环境下不断提升自身的核心竞争力已经成为重中之重。21世纪是知识经济的时代,知识作为重要的非物质生产要素,其作用已超过土地,劳动力等传统生产要素,成为企业在市场上获得利润的首要资本。企业的核心竞争力是企业长期积累的知识资本的凝练和转化,因此知识资本已经被视为获取企业核心能力最重要的资产。本文在系统阐述企业知识资本与核心竞争力理论的基础上,分析了知识资本与核心竞争力的内在联系,从知识资本角度认识了装备制造企业核心竞争力的影响因素,进而构建了相应的指标体系,并借助结构方程模型对指标体系进行检验。利用AMOS软件对收集到的数据进行验证性因子分析,删除三个指标,再次进行模型检验与评价,最终确定了比较完善的指标体系。通过认识学习统计学理论构建了基于支持向量机的智能评价模型,最后运用建立的SVM装备制造企业核心竞争力评价模型进行实证研究,从河北省城市中随机抽取了50家装备制造企业进行SVM核心竞争力的智能评价,在此基础上从四个角度给出了培育并增强装备制造企业核心竞争力的对策建议。
[Abstract]:The equipment manufacturing industry has provided the production tool for the national economy each department to carry on the expansion reproduction, is the national technical level and the comprehensive strength centralized embodiment. Under the environment of opening up to the outside world, international competition has become more and more intense, which has brought a threat to equipment manufacturing enterprises and a rare opportunity at the same time. The 21st century is the era of knowledge economy, knowledge as an important factor of non-material production, its role has exceeded the traditional factors of production, such as land, labor, and so on. Become the primary capital for an enterprise to gain profits in the market. The core competence of an enterprise is the condensation and transformation of the long-term accumulated knowledge capital, so the knowledge capital has been regarded as the most important asset to acquire the core competence of the enterprise. Based on the theory of enterprise knowledge capital and core competence, this paper analyzes the internal relationship between knowledge capital and core competence, and from the point of view of knowledge capital, finds out the influencing factors of core competence of equipment manufacturing enterprises. Then the corresponding index system is constructed, and the index system is tested with the aid of structural equation model. Using AMOS software to carry on the confirmatory factor analysis to the collected data, delete the three indexes, test and evaluate the model again, and finally determine the relatively perfect index system. The intelligent evaluation model based on support vector machine is constructed through the cognitive learning statistics theory. Finally, the empirical research is carried out by using the established core competitiveness evaluation model of SVM equipment manufacturing enterprises. Based on the intelligent evaluation of SVM core competence of 50 equipment manufacturing enterprises randomly selected from cities in Hebei Province, the countermeasures and suggestions for cultivating and strengthening the core competence of equipment manufacturing enterprises are given from four angles.
