CRC医药公司销售预测研究

【摘要】:近年来,中国医药行业进行了产业结构调整,在此情况下,大量的自产药品、合资药品加上进口药品,在进行着激烈的竞争。面对不断降低成本,缩短交货周期,加快资金与库存的周转等方面的压力,要求制药企业必须具有科学的预测与快速响应能力。科学的销售预测,已经成为制药企业合理调配资源,科学制定合理的销售与生产计划的重要依据。因此,销售预测工作逐渐成为制药企业提升核心竞争力的一个重要因素。本文通过对CRC医药公司的销售预测系统应用,对CRC医药公司销售情况进行了预测,并对预测结果和实际销售状况进行对比分析,最终对CRC医药公司的销售预测提出了有效建议。首先,综述了预测的国内外发展状况,并介绍了医药行业的整体背景与CRC医药公司销售状况,以及面临的一些问题。然后为CRC医药公司引入了销售预测系统并规划了销售预测系统的各个框架,应用销售预测系统对CRC医药公司进行数据收集和初步资料汇总,运用时间序列预测模型和灰色预测模型对CRC医药公司的产品进行销售预测,产生销售预测结果,对销售预测和实际销售数据进行对比。最后针对CRC医药公司在销售预测过程中存在的问题进行分析,为CRC医药的销售预测准确率提高给出了有效的建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the industrial structure of China's pharmaceutical industry has been readjusted. In this case, a large number of self-produced drugs, joint venture drugs plus imported drugs are engaged in fierce competition. Facing the pressure of reducing cost, shortening delivery cycle and speeding up the turnover of capital and inventory, pharmaceutical enterprises must have scientific prediction and rapid response ability. Scientific sales forecast has become an important basis for pharmaceutical enterprises to allocate resources reasonably and make reasonable sales and production plans scientifically. Therefore, sales forecasting has gradually become an important factor for pharmaceutical enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness. Through the application of the sales forecasting system of CRC Pharmaceutical Company, this paper forecasts the sales situation of CRC Pharmaceutical Company, compares the forecast results with the actual sales situation, and finally puts forward some effective suggestions for the sales forecast of CRC Pharmaceutical Company. First of all, this paper summarizes the forecast development at home and abroad, and introduces the overall background of the pharmaceutical industry and the sales situation of CRC Pharmaceutical Company, as well as some problems. Then the sales forecasting system is introduced for CRC Pharmaceutical Company and the frameworks of the sales forecasting system are planned. the data collection and preliminary data summary of CRC Pharmaceutical Company are carried out by using the sales forecasting system. The time series prediction model and the grey prediction model are used to forecast the sales of the products of CRC Pharmaceutical Company, and the sales forecast results are produced, and the sales forecast and the actual sales data are compared. Finally, the problems existing in the sales forecasting process of CRC Pharmaceutical Company are analyzed, and some effective suggestions are given to improve the sales forecasting accuracy of CRC Pharmaceutical Company.
