[Abstract]:Yoghurt ice cream is a nutritious and healthy frozen drink made from yoghurt. It combines the dual characteristics of yogurt and ice cream. This paper discusses the production ingredients, production and requirements of frozen yoghurt and its nutritional value in order to adapt to the rising trend and vitality of cold drink market and meet the consumption demand of people. It is pointed out that there will be a broad consumer market in the future.
