A企业班组长培训改进研究

【摘要】:A企业自建立以来一直非常重视对员工的培训,随着企业发展的成熟,企业领导人对班组长的能力期望也越来越高。A企业班组长培训的内容比较丰富,但是还不够体系化。本文以A公司班组长培训的实践为对象,结合人力资源培训理论和能力素质模型建立理论,考虑岗位的独特性,充分研究A企业班组长培训的现状和问题,提出基于能力素质的A企业班组长培训模型。开展基于能力素质的班组长培训体系研究,对于提高企业的生产执行力和核心竞争力有着非常重要的意义。本文构建的班组长能力素质模型为人力资源管理其他各模块的建设、实施、开发奠定了良好的理论与实践基础;可以帮助企业的班组长人员明确个人发展学习方向,引导班组长成员努力提高个人能力及绩效;可以帮助企业挖掘班组长人员潜质,提升企业整体的人力资源管理水平,获取企业竞争优势。另外,本文构建的班组长培训能力素质模型是对我国企业实地研究和理论深入分析的基础上形成的,能为其他企业班组长培训提供借鉴和参考经验。
[Abstract]:Since its establishment, Enterprise A has attached great importance to the training of its employees. With the maturity of the development of the enterprise, the expectations of the leaders of the enterprise on the ability of the team leader are getting higher and higher. The content of the training of the team leader of the enterprise is relatively rich, but it is not systematic enough. This paper takes the practice of class leader training in Company A as the object, combines the theory of human resource training and the model of ability and quality, considers the uniqueness of the post, and fully studies the present situation and problems of class leader training in Enterprise A. A class leader training model of enterprise A based on ability and quality is put forward. It is of great significance to carry out the research of class leader training system based on ability and quality in order to improve the production execution and core competitiveness of enterprises. The ability quality model of team leader constructed in this paper lays a good theoretical and practical foundation for the construction, implementation and development of other modules of human resource management. It can help the team leader of the enterprise to make clear the direction of personal development and study, and guide the members of the team leader to improve their personal ability and performance. It can help enterprises excavate the potential of team leaders, improve the overall level of human resources management, and obtain the competitive advantage of enterprises. In addition, the quality model of class leader training ability constructed in this paper is formed on the basis of on-the-spot research and theoretical analysis of Chinese enterprises, which can provide reference and reference experience for the training of class leaders in other enterprises.
