【摘要】:目前,我国图书企业的物流运作面临着物流运作效率低、物流设备陈旧、物流经营理念落后、人才匾乏等困境,无法满足图书品种多、信息要求强、配送要求高等要求。解决图书物流一个重要途径就是引入第三方物流企业,而关键点则是选择合适的第三方物流服务提供商,从而来改变图书企业的物流现状,提高图书企业的客户满意度。 本文首先对物流、第三方物流、图书出版业相关理论进行介绍,进而对图书物流产业链模式、图书物流及图书成本现状、图书出版业第三方物流的影响和意义,图书出版业第三方物流企业核心竞争力浅析;然后进一步构建图书第三方物流服务的指标体系,以及利用模糊层次分析法在图书物流服务商选择中的应用研究等。通过在研究我国现阶段图书市场的流通规律基础上,结合现阶段图书物流的一般规律,并根据第三方物流理论基础探讨图书物流服务外包的决策模型。其中重点研究图书第三方物流服务提供商的优化选择。 通过对分析图书出版业的收益、出版物标准体系经济效益的评价,来研究第三方物流企业的优化选择方法,事实上可以了解到选择方法既不可过于强调主观因素,又不能过于着眼一个因素,所以就必须构建一个主观、客观相结合的方法,来全面系统地优化选择评价第三方物流企业。由此引出采用层次分析法-模糊综合评判评价方法分析并选择第三方物流企业。 通过高教社物流中心这一案例,验证上述方法的准确性。其结果表明:图书企业把其物流业务外包于第三方物流企业,专注于自己的核心业务,从而能突出自身的主营业务,集中力量进一步打造自身的核心竞争力。同时,第三方物流企业根据图书企业物流需求的特殊性,为其量身定制,实现图书物流的个性化需求,而所需费用会低于图书企业自身运作物流的费用。总之,图书企业利用第三方物流在物流管理领域的优势,弥补自身物流管理的不足,主攻自己的核心业务,提高出版企业在图书市场中的竞争力。
[Abstract]:At present, the logistics operation of Chinese book enterprises is faced with low efficiency of logistics operation, outdated logistics equipment, backward concept of logistics management, lack of talent, etc., which can not meet the variety of books and strong information requirements. An important way to solve the problem of book logistics is to introduce the third party logistics enterprises, and the key point is to select suitable third party logistics service providers to change the logistics status of book enterprises. Improve the customer satisfaction of book enterprises. In this paper, the logistics, third party logistics, book publishing industry related theories are introduced, and then the book logistics industry chain model, book logistics and book cost status. The influence and significance of the third party logistics in the book publishing industry and the analysis of the core competence of the third party logistics enterprise in the book publishing industry; Then further build the book third party logistics service index system. And the application of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process in the selection of library logistics service providers. Through the study of the current book market circulation law, combined with the current general law of book logistics. Based on the third party logistics theory, the paper discusses the decision model of book logistics service outsourcing, and focuses on the optimization of book third party logistics service provider. By analyzing the profit of the book publishing industry and the economic benefit of the publication standard system, this paper studies the optimization and selection method of the third party logistics enterprise. In fact, we can understand that the choice method should not emphasize the subjective factor too much, nor focus too much on one factor, so we must construct a subjective and objective combination method. From this, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP)-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to analyze and select the third party logistics enterprises. The results show that the book enterprises outsource their logistics business to the third party logistics enterprises and focus on their core business. In order to highlight their main business, concentrate their efforts to further build their core competitiveness. At the same time, the third party logistics enterprises according to the particularity of the logistics needs of book enterprises, tailor-made for its body. To achieve the personalized demand of book logistics, and the required costs will be lower than the cost of the operation of logistics enterprises themselves. In short, book enterprises take advantage of the third party logistics in the field of logistics management. In order to improve the competitiveness of publishing enterprises in the book market, we should make up for the shortage of logistics management and focus on our core business.
