【摘要】："工匠精神"是对工作的一种倾心热爱、认真负责、精益求精、锲而不舍、吃苦耐劳、创新求异的职业态度与自我完善精神。书刊出版领域亟须弘扬这一精神,以打造一流出版单位和精品书刊。新时期,应将精益求精的"工匠精神"贯穿编辑出版工作的全过程,融入包括细节在内的每一个环节,积极继承、弘扬"匠心独运"的创新精神,大力营造以"工匠精神"为特色的出版企业文化。
