【摘要】：开放存取期刊（Open Access Journals，OAJ，又称开放获取期刊)，开放存取期刊是指供读者免费在线获取的网络期刊出版物，读者不需支付除网费之外的其他任何费用，开放存取期刊经过严格的专家评审，内容格式要求规范，期刊质量控制过程严格，具体运作方式是将期刊学术论文全文存放到网络上，通过互联网对全世界所有用户开放，这样读者可对开放存取资源进行免费、即时、不受时空限制地自由获取，开放存取期刊的最根本特征是“作者付费，读者免费”。开放存取期刊是由开放存取衍生来的，由于传统的订阅期刊出版模式阻碍了科学研究的交流，科研人员很难了解自己的研究内容在同行领域的研究情况，传统期刊出版方式会导致科研工作的重复劳动，导致学术资源恶性循环，不利于科技进步。另一方面，开放存取期刊能保障读者免费获得期刊全文，这能保障读者获得准确全面的信息。在开放存取的出版模式下，开放存取期刊各种优势特征使科研成果得到更广泛的传播，学术影响力的范围越来越广，开放存取期刊必将对科研领域产生深远的影响。面对开放存取期刊数量的不断扩大，具有价值的开放存取期刊可能会被大量的水平较低的期刊所冲击，影响开放存取期刊资源整体质量。因此，科研工作者面临这些数量庞大、质量等级差别较大的期刊，必须依据标准化、科学化的评价指标体系对开放存取期刊的质量进行评价，合理科学地对期刊质量进行划分，才能保证开放存取期刊真正为学者提供有价值的参考服务。因此，本文提出了开放存取的质量评价研究。国内外学者关于期刊质量评价指标体系研究，主要是从传统期刊的评价方法和评价指标进行分析，评价指标的选择范围具有一定的局限性。本文在传统期刊评价方法和理论研究基础上，结合开放存取期刊自身的特点，提出了期刊网络影响力评价指标。本文通过相关文献研究，分析概括了国内外期刊质量评价现状、开放存取期刊理论、开放存取期刊质量评价概述，结合之前学者关于开放存取期刊质量评价领域的相关研究，分析开放存取期刊质量影响因素，深入剖析开放存取期刊的质量评价研究方法，从定性评价与定量评价角度，运用专家评审法、问卷调查法、层次分析法等多种方法，对指标进行筛选和确定，，最终确定了开放存取期刊质量评价综合指标体系，该指标体系分为一级指标和二级指标两层维度，一级指标包括期刊来源指标，期刊被引指标，网络影响力指标，二级指标共包括14个指标。通过层次分析法一致性检验，具有满意的指标逻辑层次关系。最后选取生物学类开放存取期刊对评价指标设计进行应用研究，验证指标体系设计的合理性，揭示了开放存取期刊质量评价指标体系构建的实践价值。
[Abstract]:Open Access Journal is an open access journal . The open access journal is a network periodical publication which is used by readers for free online access . Readers don ' t need to pay any other fees than the net fee . The open access journals are strictly controlled by strict experts , content format requirements and periodical quality control . The specific operation mode is to deposit the full text of the periodical academic paper on the network , so that the readers can freely obtain the open access resources free of charge , instant and free from time and space , and the most fundamental characteristics of the open access journals are " the author pays the fee , the reader is free " . The open access journal is derived from open access . Because the traditional subscription periodical publishing mode hinders the communication of scientific research , it is difficult for researchers to know their research content in the field of peer - to - peer research . Traditional periodical publishing methods can lead to the repeated work of scientific research work , which can guarantee readers to obtain accurate and comprehensive information . In the open access publishing mode , the open access journals can guarantee readers to obtain accurate and comprehensive information . In the open access publishing mode , the scope of open access journals is wider and wider , and the open access journals will have far - reaching impacts on the scientific research field . Facing the expanding quantity of open access journals , the open access journals with value may be impacted by a large number of periodicals , which affect the overall quality of open access journals . Therefore , scientific research workers face these periodicals with large numbers and different quality grades . Therefore , scientific research workers must evaluate the quality of open access journals according to the standardized and scientific evaluation index system , so as to ensure that open access journals truly provide valuable reference services for scholars . Therefore , this paper puts forward the study of quality evaluation of open access . On the basis of the evaluation methods and the evaluation indexes of open access journals , this paper analyzes the factors of the quality evaluation of open access journals , analyzes the factors of quality evaluation of open access journals , and analyses the quality impact factors of open access journals .
