【摘要】：正2017年9月21日尊敬的各位院士专家,各位领导,期刊界的各位同仁:大家上午好!在这金风送爽、秋色宜人的美好时节,我们相聚在美丽的巴渝山城重庆,共同迎来"第十三届中国科技期刊发展论坛"。首先,请允许我代表中国科协,向出席此次论坛的各位院士、各位领导、各位来宾,表示热烈的欢迎!向给予本次论坛大力支持的国家新闻出版广电总局、重庆市人民政府及有关单位表示衷心的感谢!
[Abstract]:On September 21, 2017, distinguished academicians, experts, leaders, and colleagues in the journal industry: good morning, everyone!In this beautiful season of golden breeze and pleasant autumn, we are gathered in Chongqing, the beautiful mountain city of Bayu, to welcome the 13th China Science and Technology periodical Development Forum.First of all, allow me, on behalf of the China Association of Science and Technology, to extend a warm welcome to all the academicians, leaders and guests attending this forum.I would like to express my sincere thanks to the State Press, publication, Radio, Film and Television Administration, the Chongqing Municipal people's Government and relevant units for their strong support to this forum.
