数字时代教育出版企业的战略转型探究

【摘要】:随着计算机的普及和网络信息技术的高速发展,人们生活中的很多领域和行业正面临着一场由信息化革命而带来的挑战和新的发展机遇。尤其是对于出版产业来讲,传统的出版形式面临的挑战更加严峻,在全新的出版形态----数字化出版面前,传统的出版形式正接受着生与死的考验。数字化出版既传承了传统出版的优点,又结合了现代信息技术平台,用信息技术去深度表现传统出版的内容,使出版和阅读都更加便捷。突破传统出版,加快推进数字化出版,已成为全球出版产业的必然选择。 研究数字化出版,就不能不研究教育出版企业的数字化变革,因为我国教育出版的产值在整个出版产业产值中所占的比例达到60%以上。虽然,大多数的教育出版企业已经开始运用先进的信息技术,,在教育数字出版方面积极探索,勇于创新,部分出版企业还取得了一定成果,但整个教育出版企业要想实现从传统出版到数字出版的华丽转身,还需要解决相当多的问题。既包括出版业自身意识、信息技术能力的提升等问题,又包括怎样利用新技术更新传统的阅读学习平台,改变阅读观念等问题,这其中还存在着新时代下产业转型和战略发展等一系列政策环境问题。 本文运用企业创新、产业发展等理论,站在企业战略管理的角度,通过文献查阅法,定性与定量相结合,多学科综合分析,借鉴发达国家优秀的相关企业在数字化进程中现状、问题和趋势等方面的研究,并通过对国内教育数字出版企业-----中国教育出版网的运营,理论联系实际的分析我国教育企业数字出版的现状和问题,同时对教育出版企业在新的时代背景下的战略转型以及在新的战略定位下的商业模式等企业创新活动进行探究分析。 在实践层面上本论文针对教育出版企业在数字化出版转型中所面临的挑战和在发展过程中必须突破的瓶颈问题进行剖析和研究,提出教育出版企业数字化转型过程中所需要注意的政策导向及实施路径问题,并针对问题产生的原因提出了解决问题的对策。这对于面临数字化转型发展的教育类出版企业,如何确定自己的数字化出版方向?怎样解决出版平台搭建中的技术壁垒?如何协调传统出版与数字出版的过渡发展?快速提高企业的盈利能力,实现企业长期可持续发展都有非常好的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:With the popularization of computer and the rapid development of network information technology, many fields and industries of people's life are facing a challenge and a new development opportunity brought by the information revolution.Especially for the publishing industry, the traditional publishing form is facing more severe challenges. In the face of the new publishing form-digital publishing, the traditional publishing form is undergoing the test of life and death.Digital publishing not only inherits the advantages of traditional publishing, but also combines the platform of modern information technology. It uses information technology to express the content of traditional publishing in depth, which makes publishing and reading more convenient.Breaking through traditional publishing and speeding up digital publishing has become the inevitable choice of global publishing industry.If we study digital publishing, we must study the digital transformation of educational publishing enterprises, because the output value of educational publishing in our country accounts for more than 60% of the output value of the whole publishing industry.Although, most educational publishing enterprises have begun to use advanced information technology, actively explore and innovate in the field of educational digital publishing, and some publishing enterprises have also achieved certain results.But if the whole educational publishing enterprise wants to realize the ornate turn from traditional publishing to digital publishing, there are still many problems to be solved.It includes not only the problems of publishing industry's own consciousness, the promotion of information technology ability, but also how to use new technology to update the traditional reading learning platform and change the reading concept.There are also a series of policy environment problems such as industrial transformation and strategic development in the new era.Based on the theories of enterprise innovation and industrial development, this paper, from the angle of enterprise strategic management, combines qualitative and quantitative analysis with literature reference, and draws lessons from the status quo of the outstanding related enterprises in developed countries in the process of digitization.Through the operation of the domestic educational digital publishing enterprise-China Education Publishing Network, the paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the digital publishing of educational enterprises in our country by combining theory with practice.At the same time, it explores and analyzes the strategic transformation of educational publishing enterprises under the new background and the business model under the new strategic orientation.On the practical level, this paper analyzes and studies the challenges faced by educational publishing enterprises in the transformation of digital publishing and the bottleneck problems that must be broken through in the process of development.This paper puts forward the policy guidance and implementation path of educational publishing enterprises in the process of digital transformation, and puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problems.How to determine the direction of digital publishing for educational publishing enterprises facing digital transformation and development?How to solve the technical barriers in the construction of publishing platform?How to coordinate the development of traditional publishing and digital publishing?It is of great significance to improve the profitability of enterprises and realize their long-term sustainable development.
