基于供应链的图书出版管理系统分析与设计

【摘要】: 全球化信息网络和全球化市场的形成及技术变革的加速,使得供应链的管理思想随之产生。随着企业信息化管理、经济和科学技术的不断发展,供应链管理作为企业实现整个商业流程优化的一个平台,已经被逐渐应用到各大企业中。由于供应链本身所具有的系统结构特征,及供应链外部环境和供应链节点企业的主观因素影响,导致了供应链中牛鞭效应的产生。从供应链的需求源到供应源,需求信息经过层层节点企业的传递,最终供应源收到的需求信息就是一个被逐级放大的、具有明显偏差的信息。 通过对牛鞭效应产生原因的分析,发现在供应链中进行信息共享是降低牛鞭效应的有效方法。信息共享不仅能提高供应链运行的效率,减小信息误差,而且能够降低供应链运行的成本,提高整个供应链的收益,进而提高各节点企业的收益。 图书出版行业是一个传统行业,由于我国图书出版产业供应链的信息化起步较晚,且供应链上的各节点企业一般只为自身利益考虑,使得图书出版行业的供应链管理存在很多问题,不但供求脱节,而且供应链的稳定性较差,不利于管理。图书出版行业的逆向物流现象也非常严重,所有这些都阻碍了我国图书出版业的发展,因此图书出版业的供应链管理势在必行。 结合我国图书出版业供应链的发展及供应链管理的现状,借鉴国外图书出版行业先进的供应链管理思想。本课题针对KX出版社的图书出版管理流程,构建了以KX出版社为核心企业的图书出版管理的供应链模型。 针对KX出版社的图书出版管理业务,建立一个与之相适应的管理信息系统是加强KX出版社同其分销机构之间以及KX出版社内部各部门之间的信息交换与共享,降低牛鞭效应影响的行之有效的解决方案。因此,本课题在基于供应链管理的基础上,分析设计了适于KX出版社发展需要的图书出版管理系统。 图书出版管理系统是在对KX出版社原有龙版系统的缺陷进行改造的基础上构建的。该系统主要包括编务子系统、销售子系统、库存子系统和退货子系统四个子系统。本课题采用了面向对象的方法对图书出版管理系统进行了系统分析,采用UML活动图对包括图书选题、图书印数的制定、宣传方案的制定、重印计划的制定等业务流程进行了分析,并基于UML用例图对图书出版管理系统进行了用例建模。 本系统的设计充分考虑了出版社内部业务流程的精简,使各部门之间的工作紧密衔接。每个子系统的功能设计都是严格按照部门工作的流程来设计的。从图书的选题申报开始到图书的印刷销售再到可能出现的图书退货,这些流程的设计都体现了部门之间工作合作的紧密性。同时各部门之间的信息共享消减了一些不必要的工作流程,不但提高了工作效率,也节省了成本。 为了保证系统运行的安全可靠,系统采用了两级验证措施。首先通过对用户进行身份验证保证只有合法用户才能使用本系统。然后为不同的用户分配了不同的操作权限,用户登录系统后只能在自己权限允许的范围内才能进行信息的添加、修改、删除等工作。 图书出版管理系统是紧密结合KX出版社的业务需要进行分析设计的。其实施必将能提高出版社各部门的工作效率,促进其信息化管理的发展和业务流程的改造。从一定程度上减少供应链中牛鞭效应的不利影响,为供应链上的各节点企业带来更大的经济收益。工作效率和工作质量的提高也将改善出版社和其分销机构的合作关系,提高出版社的合作信誉,也提高了出版社在读者心目中的地位,进而大大增强了其社会影响力。 本课题的研究可以为图书出版行业的供应链管理带来一定的借鉴参考作用,对推动出版社的业务流程再造乃至结构重构也具有一定的理论和实际意义。
[Abstract]:The formation of the globalization information network and the globalization of the market and the acceleration of technological change make the management thought of the supply chain come into being. With the enterprise information management, the continuous development of economy and science and technology, the supply chain management, as a platform for the enterprise to realize the optimization of the whole business process, has been gradually applied to the large enterprises. The system structure features of the supply chain itself, the external environment of the supply chain and the subjective factors of the supply chain node lead to the production of the bullwhip effect in the supply chain. From the source of the supply chain to the supply source, the demand information passes through the layer node enterprise, and the demand information received by the supply source is one by one. A grade of information with obvious deviations.
Through the analysis of the causes of the bullwhip effect, it is found that information sharing in the supply chain is an effective way to reduce the bullwhip effect. Information sharing can not only improve the efficiency of the supply chain operation, reduce the information error, but also reduce the cost of the supply chain operation, improve the revenue of the whole supply chain, and then improve the income of each node enterprise. Benefit.
The book publishing industry is a traditional industry. Because the information technology of the supply chain of the book publishing industry in China starts late, and the various node enterprises in the supply chain are generally only considered for their own interests, there are many problems in the supply chain management of the book publishing industry, which not only disjoins supply and demand, but also the stability of the supply chain is poor, which is not conducive to management. The reverse logistics in the book and publishing industry is also very serious, all of which have hindered the development of the book publishing industry in China. Therefore, the supply chain management of the book publishing industry is imperative.
In view of the development of the supply chain and the current situation of supply chain management in China's book publishing industry, we use the advanced supply chain management ideas of foreign books and publishing industries for reference. This topic aims at the book publishing management process of KX publishing house, and constructs a supply chain model of book publishing management with KX publishing house as the core enterprise.
In view of the book publishing management business of KX publishing house, the establishment of a management information system adapted to it is an effective solution to enhance the exchange and sharing of information between KX press and its distribution institutions and the internal departments of KX publishing house, and reduce the influence of the bullwhip effect. On the basis of the analysis, a book publishing management system suitable for the development of KX publishing house is designed.
The book publishing management system is built on the basis of reforming the defects of the original dragon edition system of KX publishing house. The system mainly includes four subsystems, which are the sub system, the sales subsystem, the inventory subsystem and the return subsystem. The object oriented method is used to systematically analyze the book publishing management system. The UML activity diagram is used to analyze the business processes including the selection of books, the formulation of books, the formulation of the publicity plan, the formulation of the reprint plan, and the use case modeling of the book publishing management system based on the use case diagram of UML.
The design of this system fully considers the streamlining of the internal business process in the publishing house, and makes the work of various departments close together. The function design of each subsystem is designed strictly according to the process of department work. From the application of the book selection to the book's printing sales to the possible return of the books, these processes are set up. It also reflects the tightness of work cooperation between departments. At the same time, information sharing between departments has reduced some unnecessary working processes, which not only improves work efficiency, but also saves cost.
In order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the system, the system adopts two level verification measures. First, the system is used to ensure that only legitimate users can use this system by authenticate users. Then different users are assigned different operating privileges, and the user can only add information within the scope allowed by their own rights after logging in. Add, modify, delete, and so on.
The book publishing management system is closely integrated with the business needs of KX publishing house. In fact, it will be able to improve the work efficiency of the various departments of the publishing house, promote the development of its information management and the transformation of the business process. To a certain extent, reduce the adverse effects of the bullwhip effect in the supply chain, for each node in the supply chain. The increase in work efficiency and quality of work will also improve the cooperative relationship between the publishing house and its distribution institutions, improve the reputation of the publishing house and enhance the position of the publisher in the reader's mind, and thus greatly enhance its social influence.
The research of this topic can provide some reference for the supply chain management of the book publishing industry. It also has a certain theoretical and practical significance to promote the business process reengineering and even the restructuring of the publishing house.
