期刊编辑策划能力模型构建及应用研究

【摘要】：一直以来,期刊的经营状况被更多地从期刊的定位和经营资源来审视,但实际上,期刊编辑的策划能力却成为制约期刊发展的一个重要因素。笔者有着多年的媒体从业经验,试图通过研究期刊编辑的策划能力,对提升期刊编辑策划能力和策划水平提出建议。本研究认为期刊编辑策划能力是一种综合性的能力,即期刊编辑能运用创造性思维对期刊选题、组稿、栏目设计和撰写稿件等进行运作的能力。本研究从以上定义出发,广泛查阅相关文献资料,在访谈和开放式问卷基础上收集相关条目编制问卷,通过随机抽样方式,对媒体从业人员和相关专家进行了问卷调查,运用探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析对期刊编辑策划能力的因素结构进行探讨,构建了期刊编辑策划能力模型,并在此基础上探讨了该模型的应用问题。研究得到以下结论： 1.期刊编辑策划能力调查问卷具有良好的信度和效度： 2.期刊编辑策划能力呈现出清晰的四因素结构,包括信息处理、策划心理、道德品质和业务能力；且这四个因素之间具有较好的相关性,能反映同一主题； 3.期刊编辑策划能力模型可以运用于期刊编辑的招聘和甄选、培训与开发等方面； 4.要提高期刊编辑策划能力,可以从个人学习和组织培训两方面入手。
[Abstract]:For a long time, the operating status of periodicals has been examined more from the positioning of periodicals and management resources. But in fact, the planning ability of periodical editors has become an important factor restricting the development of periodicals. The author has many years of experience in the media industry, trying to improve the planning ability of Periodical editors by studying the planning ability of periodical editing and editing. Suggestions are made on the level of planning.
This study holds that the editorial planning ability of the periodical is a comprehensive ability, that is, the editorial ability of periodical editors can operate with creative thinking on the topic selection, composition, column design and writing of manuscripts.
Based on the above definition, this study extensively consults the relevant literature, collects related items on the basis of interviews and open questionnaires, and surveys the media practitioners and related experts by random sampling, and uses exploratory factor analysis and empirical factors to analyze the factors of editing and planning of periodical editors. This paper discusses the structure of periodical editing and planning capability, and discusses the application of the model.
The following conclusions are obtained:
1. the questionnaire of journal editing ability has good reliability and validity.
2. the editing and planning ability of periodicals presents a clear four factor structure, including information processing, planning psychology, moral quality and business ability, and the four factors have good correlation and can reflect the same topic.
3. the model of periodical editing and planning ability can be applied to the recruitment and selection, training and development of journal editors.
4., in order to improve the editing ability of periodical editors, we can start from two aspects of individual learning and organization training.
