知识资源标识符助力出版内容资源开发与获取

【摘要】：知识资源标识符是标识各类知识资源的识别系统,目的是使海量的知识资源易于识别、保存、检索、销售、监管及开发利用。文章介绍了自国际标准书号ISBN(以下简称"ISBN")之后知识资源标识标准取得的新进展、知识资源标识符的功能和作用,探索创建以客户为本、以内容为核心的数字出版服务和管理模式,建立数字出版编目体系及管理规范。探讨了知识资源标识符体系对建设知识资源库的作用。知识资源标识符的推广应用将推进数字出版的全面发展,加快创立数字出版的品牌,提升数字出版社会公信力。
[Abstract]:The identifiers of knowledge resources are the identification systems for identifying all kinds of knowledge resources. The purpose of this system is to make mass knowledge resources easy to identify, preserve, retrieve, sell, supervise and develop and utilize. This paper introduces the new progress of the knowledge resource identification standard since the international standard ISBN (hereinafter referred to as "ISBN"), the function and function of the knowledge resource identifier, and explores the establishment of customer-oriented, The digital publishing service and management model with content as the core, the catalogue system and management standard of digital publishing are established. This paper discusses the function of the knowledge resource identifier system on the construction of knowledge resource base. The popularization and application of the identifiers of knowledge resources will promote the overall development of digital publishing, accelerate the establishment of digital publishing brands, and enhance the credibility of digital publishing houses.
