双重效应下的数字出版人才培养探析

【摘要】：随着技术进步和资本运营加速,数字出版给内容生产方式、产品传播渠道、读者(用户)体验方式等方面带来了双重效应。在此背景下,出版业在招聘、用人、育人三个环节出现了亟待解决的问题。明确培养方向,校企联合,重构考核评价体系,可以放大数字出版的正向效应,避免负向影响。
[Abstract]:With the development of technology and the acceleration of capital operation, digital publishing has brought double effects to the production mode of content, the channel of product dissemination and the experience of readers (users). In this context, the publishing industry in recruitment, employment, education three links have emerged an urgent problem. In order to enlarge the positive effect of digital publishing and avoid the negative influence, it is clear that the direction of cultivation, the combination of school and enterprise, and the reconstruction of evaluation system can amplify the positive effect of digital publishing.
