【摘要】：文章从笔者工作中遇到的案例和问题入手,抽丝剥茧,分析了有声书行业发展中需要解决的版权瓶颈问题,对有声书的版权问题从立法原理、操作运用和制度建议等几个层面进行中外对比,并做了深入探讨和建议分析。
[Abstract]:Starting with the cases and problems encountered in the author's work, this paper analyzes the problems of copyright bottleneck in the development of audiobook industry and analyzes the legislative principles of the copyright problems of audio books. The operation application and system suggestion are compared at home and abroad, and the suggestions are analyzed.
