关于“十三五”新闻出版业科技体系建设的思考

【摘要】：笔者将新闻出版业的科技体系建设分解为四大体系、七项任务,期待形成面向行业的三大支撑、建设为行业提供技术服务的六大机构。建构之中略有不足,思考之中尚欠成熟,期待业内人士一起贡献智慧,为"十三五"期间新闻出版业科技工作的总体部署提供参考。
[Abstract]:The author divides the construction of the science and technology system of the press and publication industry into four systems and seven tasks, expecting to form three major supports for the industry, and to build six institutions that provide technical services for the industry. In the process of construction, there is a slight shortage, and the thinking is still immature. It is expected that the insiders will contribute wisdom together and provide a reference for the overall arrangement of the scientific and technological work of the press and publishing industry during the 13th Five-Year Plan period.
