浅谈国家出版基金项目的策划与运作——《林风眠全集》的前世今生

【摘要】："十二五"国家重点图书出版规划是我国繁荣出版事业、推进社会主义文化强国建设的重点文化出版工程;国家出版基金是继国家社会科学基金、国家自然科学基金之后的第三个以国家名义设立的专项基金,旨在资助优秀公益性出版项目的出版。文章以"十二五"国家重点图书出版规划项目、2014年国家出版基金资助项目《林风眠全集》的策划出版为例,探究国家出版项目在策划出版过程中体现的精品化和传承性,分析了运行国家出版项目所产生的明显社会效益,并提出了建设性意见。
[Abstract]:The "12th Five-Year Plan" is a key cultural publishing project for the prosperity of China's publishing industry and the building of a socialist cultural powerhouse; the National Publishing Fund is the successor to the National Social Science Fund. The third special fund established in the name of the state after the National Natural Science Foundation aims to finance the publication of excellent public welfare publishing projects. Taking the "12th Five-Year Plan" National key Book Publishing Planning Project and the 2014 National Publishing Fund-funded Project "Lin Fengmian complete works" as an example, the article explores the quality and inheritance of the national publishing project in the process of planning and publishing. This paper analyzes the obvious social benefits of running the national publishing project, and puts forward some constructive suggestions.
