论民国时期的图书邮购

【摘要】：对民国时期的图书邮购研究,是学术界的缺失所在。图书邮购的从业机构很多,如出版社、书报社、图书馆、报馆以及政府部门等。对于图书邮购业务,相关机构制订有详细的规则;其服务范围包括国内、国外,农村、城市,解放区、国统区等,十分广泛;并有相关的专业机构,制订有详细的优惠措施;其中,邮寄注意事项是所有规章中的重要组成部分。邮购图书业务在发展的过程中,确实存在不少的问题,而且多集中在邮递环节,这与当时的动荡环境有关。现网购发展迅猛,虽便利了人们的生活,但同时也产生了一系列的问题,这些问题与民国时期图书邮购中产生的问题颇多相似,可以从中借鉴解决问题之道。
[Abstract]:The study of book mail order in the Republic of China period is the lack of academic circles. There are many institutions of book mail order, such as publishing houses, book newspapers, libraries, newspapers and government departments. For the book mail-order business, the relevant organizations make detailed rules; their service scope includes domestic, foreign, rural, urban, liberated areas, state-controlled areas and so on, very extensive, and there are related professional institutions, to formulate detailed preferential measures; Among them, postal attention is an important part of all regulations. There are many problems in the development of mail-order book business, and most of them are concentrated in the mail link, which is related to the turbulent environment at that time. The rapid development of online shopping, although the convenience of people's lives, but also produced a series of problems, these problems and the Republic of China in the book mail order produced a lot of similar problems, can learn from the solution to the problem.
