社会资本理论视角下科技期刊作者的忠诚度与提升策略

【摘要】:【目的】分析影响作者对科技期刊忠诚度的因素,寻找提高作者忠诚度、提升科技期刊质量的对策。【方法】基于社会资本理论,构建社会资本、沟通效率与作者忠诚度的结构方程模型,通过网络问卷调查《中国细胞生物学学报》的作者群体,采集数据,运用AMOS 17.0检验结构方程模型。【结果】研究结果表明,结构维度的社会资本通过沟通效率间接提高作者忠诚度,关系维度和认知维度的社会资本不但直接提高作者忠诚度,而且通过沟通效率间接提高作者忠诚度。【结论】科技期刊应加强与作者的沟通与交流,推动编辑与作者之间建立有效的信任关系,并在办刊宗旨和学术风格方面与作者形成一致的观点。
[Abstract]:[objective] to analyze the factors influencing the author's loyalty to sci-tech journals, and to find out the countermeasures to improve the author's loyalty and the quality of sci-tech periodicals. [methods] based on the theory of social capital, the author constructs social capital. The structural equation model of communication efficiency and author's loyalty, the author group of CSB was investigated by network questionnaire, and the data were collected, and the structural equation model was tested by Amos 17.0. [results] the results showed that, Social capital of structural dimension indirectly improves author's loyalty through communication efficiency, and social capital of relational dimension and cognitive dimension not only directly improves author's loyalty. In addition, the communication efficiency can indirectly improve the author's loyalty. [conclusion] the sci-tech journals should strengthen the communication and communication with the author, and promote the establishment of an effective trust relationship between the editor and the author. And in the purpose of running the journal and academic style and the author formed a consistent point of view.
