学习与执行标准:不仅要知其然,而且要探寻其所以然

【摘要】：阐明书刊编辑对于标准的规定,不仅要知道应当怎样做,而且要知道为什么要那样做(即不仅要知其然,而且要知其所以然)的原因;介绍探寻标准所以那样规定的理由的办法和途径;通过实例说明标准所以那样规定的"理由"。建议编辑同人通过多种形式的讨论和交流,加深对标准条款的理解,自觉地学习并贯彻执行标准,不断提高编辑业务水平。
[Abstract]:To clarify the standard provisions of the editors of books and periodicals, it is necessary not only to know how to do it, but also why to do so (that is, not only to know what it is, but also to know what it is for); Introduce the ways and means of finding the reasons that the standard provides so; explain the "reason" of the standard so as to provide by the example. It is suggested that editors and editors should deepen their understanding of the standard terms through various forms of discussion and exchange, study and implement the standard consciously, and constantly improve the editorial professional level.
