科技期刊编排规范的编制及实施体会——以《环境工程学报》为例

【摘要】：为进一步有效地执行国家标准和规定,提高科技期刊整体质量和工作效率,扩大期刊的影响力,编制并实施科技期刊编排规范(企业标准)是有效手段之一。以《环境工程学报》为例,阐明科技期刊编排规范的编制原则;简明列出期刊编排规范的编制步骤;详细介绍期刊编排规范的基本内容和主要内容。结果表明:期刊编排规范的编制有利于编辑、作者更好地理解和实施国家标准和规范;利于期刊稿件体例格式的统一,提升期刊品牌形象;利于提高期刊编校质量和工作效率;利于增强编辑部团队的凝聚力并提高编辑部的整体水平和实力。科技期刊编排规范的编制和实施为提高期刊整体水平打下了坚实的基础。
[Abstract]:In order to carry out the national standards and regulations further and effectively, improve the overall quality and work efficiency of scientific periodicals, expand the influence of periodicals, compiling and implementing the standard of scientific journals arrangement (enterprise standard) is one of the effective means. Taking the Journal of environmental engineering as an example, it clarifies the compilation principles of the standard of scientific journals arrangement and lists the periodical arrangement rules briefly. The basic contents and main contents of the journal editing standard are introduced in detail. The results show that the compilation of the standard of periodical arrangement is beneficial to the editing, the author better understand and implement the national standards and norms; it is beneficial to the unification of the format of the periodical manuscripts, the promotion of the image of the periodical brand, and the improvement of the quality and efficiency of the editing and editing of periodicals. It is beneficial to enhance the cohesiveness of the editorial team and improve the overall level and strength of the editorial department. The compilation and implementation of the specification for the editing and arranging of sci-tech periodicals lays a solid foundation for improving the overall level of the periodical.
