我国数字出版侵权问题研究

【摘要】：近几年，数字出版业迅速崛起，然而一系列数字出版侵权的事件不断给高速发展的数字出版业敲响警钟，在数字版权方面我们已经“伤不起”。如何在保护作者权益的基础上，同时保证出版企业数字化转型的可持续发展，以及兼顾各方利益的平衡，建立良好、合理的网络传播秩序，，已经是摆在所有数字出版参与者面前需要迫在眉睫解决的问题。 本文通过对我国数字出版业的侵权现状作分析，并分别从管理、经济、法律、技术以及人文环境等几方面寻找原因，结合国外应对数字出版侵权的措施，试图探索解决我国数字出版侵权的办法与途径，为数字出版的健康发展做出一点点贡献。
[Abstract]:In recent years , the digital publishing industry has been rising rapidly , but a series of digital publishing tort incidents have been ringing alarm bells for the digital publishing industry of high - speed development , and we have " wound up " in digital rights . How to protect the author ' s rights and interests , and ensure the sustainable development of digital transformation of publishing enterprises , and balance the interests of all sides , establish a sound and reasonable network communication order , has been the urgent problem before all the digital publishing participants .

This paper analyzes the current situation of digital publishing industry in our country and looks for reasons from the aspects of management , economy , law , technology and human environment , and tries to explore the ways and means to solve the problem of digital publishing in our country and make a little contribution to the healthy development of digital publishing .
