【摘要】：互联网Web2.0技术的出现以及出版业的不断革新催生了以“用户制造”为主导的新一代网络出版载体,维基类网络百科全书也应运而生。自出现起到今天,维基类网络百科自由、开放的精神受到互联网用户的广泛追捧,在我国,维基类网络百科几乎成为了目前最具活力、影响力最大、传播效力最广的网络出版类型之一。它以丰富详实的知识教化人、以开放自由的精神鼓励人们参与创作,对我国的网络出版发展产生了深刻的影响。本文首先从宏观的角度出发,对维基类网络百科及一些相关概念做出了解释,并梳理了目前我国维基类网络百科的发展现状。在此基础上,指出了我国维基类网络百科现阶段的一些特征,如草根化、内容丰富、服务的多样性和增值性、具有社交网络性质、出现了全新检索模式、百科内容更新迅速等。文章还对维基类网络百科的内容做了深入的研究。从百科内容的组织形式、内容质量的控制、百科内容的传播和引著规范等角度,全面介绍了我国维基类网络百科的内容并对其进行了评价。我国维基类网络百科的内容组织形式包括信息分类结构、信息资源关联体系、和信息细分单元三个层次；在质量控制方面,主要通过内容编辑原则的制定、词条评价体系和技术控制来对百科的内容质量进行把关；我国维基类百科的传播遵从GNU协议,百科对信息来源的引著也做了详细的规定。用户是维基类网络百科的创作和传播主体,文章从用户类型分析、用户特点分析、用户管理和激励机制三个方面对其进行了研究。笔者按照百科用户在百科中的身份、编创角色、传播角色和包容程度的不同,将他们划分为不同的类型；通过研究,指出了网络百科的用户具有匿名性、自组织性和社会化的特点；同时还介绍了目前我国维基类网络百科对用户的基本管理、激励机制和社交化服务。国内百科在近几年通过不断探索,在运作模式、传播模式、盈利模式等方面出现的新发展。互动百科是我国维基类百科独立运作的代表,百度百科则是以搜索引擎为依托；在传播模式方面,搜索引擎传播、社交网络传播和手机应用的开发是新的趋势；我国的维基类网络百科区别于基金会支撑的维基百科,因此,通过传统广告、百科合作平台和增值服务盈利,是我国维基类网络百科为适应本土而探索的道路。文章的最后,笔者力图从客观的角度出发,对我国的维基类网络百科做出评价。维基类网络百科有独特的存在价值,其发展的目的并不是取代传统百科,在承认它内容质量有待改善的同时,也应该看到它弥补了网络信息传播中的不对称、实现了网络信息传播模式的创新。现阶段,我国的维基类网络百科还呈现出百科平台化、社交化、以及本土化和全球化深入的发展趋势。
[Abstract]:With the emergence of Internet Web 2.0 technology and the continuous innovation of publishing industry, a new generation of Web publishing carriers, which is dominated by "user manufacture", has been created, and the Wikipedia Network Encyclopedia has also emerged as the times require. Since the emergence of Wikipedia to today, the spirit of freedom and openness of Wikipedia has been widely sought after by Internet users. In China, Wikipedia has almost become the most dynamic and influential. One of the most effective types of online publishing. It enlightens people with rich and detailed knowledge, encourages people to participate in creation in the spirit of openness and freedom, and has a profound impact on the development of online publishing in China. In this paper, we first explain Wikipedia and some related concepts from a macro point of view, and comb the current development of Wikipedia in China. On this basis, this paper points out some characteristics of Wikipedia in China at present, such as grass-roots, rich content, diversity and value-added of services, social network nature, the emergence of a new retrieval mode, the rapid update of encyclopedia content, and so on. The article also makes a thorough study on the content of Wikipedia. From the angle of organization form of encyclopedia content, quality control of encyclopedia content, dissemination of encyclopedia content and introduction of standard, this paper introduces and evaluates the content of Wikipedia in China. The content organization of Wikipedia in China includes three levels: information classification structure, information resource association system, and information subdivision unit. Terms evaluation system and technical control are used to check the content quality of encyclopedia. The dissemination of Wikipedia in China complies with the GNU protocol, and the introduction of information sources is also regulated in detail in the encyclopedia. User is the main body of creation and dissemination of Wikipedia. This paper studies the user type analysis, user characteristics analysis, user management and incentive mechanism. The author divides the encyclopedia users into different types according to their identity in the encyclopedia, creating roles, spreading roles and the degree of inclusiveness, and points out that the users of the network encyclopedia are anonymous. The characteristics of self-organization and socialization, and the basic management, incentive mechanism and social services of Wikipedia in China are also introduced. Domestic encyclopedia in recent years through continuous exploration, in the operation model, dissemination mode, profit model and other aspects of new development. Interactive encyclopedia is the representative of the independent operation of Wikipedia in our country, Baidu encyclopedia is based on search engine, in the aspect of communication mode, search engine communication, social network communication and the development of mobile phone application are the new trends. The Wikipedia in our country is different from the Wikipedia supported by the foundation. Therefore, through traditional advertising, cooperation platform and value-added service profit, Wikipedia is the way to adapt to the local. At the end of the article, the author tries to evaluate the Wikipedia in China from an objective point of view. Wikipedia has its unique existence value, its development is not to replace the traditional encyclopedia, while acknowledging that its content quality needs to be improved, we should also see that it makes up for the asymmetry in the network information dissemination. The innovation of network information dissemination mode is realized. At present, Wikipedia of our country also presents the development trend of encyclopedia platform, social, localization and globalization.
