善用财政支持手段促进出版融合发展

【摘要】：在推动传统出版和新兴出版融合发展中,应坚持市场在资源配置中起决定性作用的原则,针对我国传统出版和新兴出版融合发展的关键问题,通过管理创新提高已有政府财政支持手段的使用效率,激发出版业竞争主体的经营活力,带动金融资本、社会资本进入其中,使传统出版和新兴出版融合发展得以顺利推进。
[Abstract]:In promoting the integration of traditional and emerging publishing, we should adhere to the principle that the market plays a decisive role in the allocation of resources. Through the management innovation to improve the use efficiency of the existing government financial support means, to stimulate the business vitality of the main body of competition in the publishing industry, to drive the financial capital and the social capital into it, so that the integration of the traditional publishing and the emerging publishing can be promoted smoothly.
