上海传统图书出版业数字化转型战略研究

【摘要】:上海传统图书出版业数字化转型经过了三年摸索期,三年里,出版社试水数字出版基本上是依靠政府资助这样的公共财政直接投入的方式进行,政府主管部门以持续资金扶持的方式推动数字出版新兴产业的起步。三年过去,目前所面临的环境出现了变化,政府主管部门领导班子更换、政府资助开始减少、市场对数字出版的热情越来越高涨、技术商和渠道运营商通吃上游内容提供商(即出版社)的势头明显等新情况的出现,上海传统图书出版业数字化转型需要布局新的战略以适应新情况新需求的变化。 本文从战略管理的理论视角进行实证研究,首先对战略管理的经典理论进行探讨,提炼、对比明茨伯格十大战略管理学派划分以及纳特、巴克夫的公共部门战略管理的过程与技术;继而运用环境学派、计划学派、设计学派、权力学派的主要思想结合纳特、巴可夫的战略管理六大战略管理阶段与相关技术理论,构建制定优先战略的步骤路线与技术工具,分为历史回溯、形势评估、确定问题议程、战略选择、优先战略可行性分析几个环节进行,对上海传统图书出版业数字化转型战略进行研究。最后总结研究成果、提出政策建议与未来研究建议。
[Abstract]:The digital transformation of Shanghai's traditional book publishing industry has gone through three years of exploration. In the past three years, publishing houses have basically relied on the direct investment of public finance such as government-funded digital publishing. Government departments to continue to support the way to promote digital publishing emerging industries. Over the past three years, the current environment has changed, the leadership of government departments has been changed, government funding has begun to decrease, and the market is becoming more and more enthusiastic about digital publishing. With the emergence of new situations such as the obvious trend of technology merchants and channel operators such as upstream content providers (i.e. publishing houses), the digitization transformation of Shanghai's traditional book publishing industry needs a new layout strategy to adapt to the changes of new situations and new demands. This article carries on the empirical research from the strategic management theory angle of view, first carries on the discussion to the strategic management classical theory, refines, contrasts the Minzberg ten strategic management school division and Nath, The process and technology of public sector strategic management of Barkoff, and then the application of the main ideas of environmental school, planning school, design school and power school combined with the six stages of strategic management and related technical theories of Nat and Barkov, and then the main ideas of "environmental school", "planning school", "design school" and "power school" are combined. The steps and technical tools for establishing priority strategy are divided into three parts: historical backtracking, situation assessment, determination of problem agenda, strategic choice, feasibility analysis of priority strategy. This paper studies the strategy of digitization transformation of Shanghai traditional book publishing industry. Finally, the research results are summarized, and policy recommendations and future research recommendations are put forward.
