《良友》画报中的图像叙事研究

【摘要】：成立于1926年的民国《良友》画报，是我国现代新闻出版史上第一本大型综合性的新闻画报。《良友》以其丰富的摄影图像作为主要表现形式，内容涵盖了当时社会生活的方方面面。而它所采用的图像叙事的表现手法，不仅具有第一次视觉文化转型阶段的普遍特点，同样深受本土文化的浸染。本文试从图像的角度出发，研究《良友》画报中独特的叙事特点，侧重于“图——文”关系的阐释以及图像之间空间并置的意义这两个方面。前者主要从图像与文字在叙事中的主次关系和表现效果进行分析，旨在厘清图像叙事的不同发展过程中，文字与图像所起到的不同作用。后者基于对图像的不同分类，分析组图与单图、组图的各幅图像之间的关系和它们对于叙事的作用。除了对图像叙事形式上的探究之外，本文还将从图像内容出发，分析《良友》画报的叙事特点，其中既有古与今的对比或对应，也有城市空间上的地理差异。《良友》画报所处的时代既是视觉文化从文字向图像转型的时代，同时又是近代工业文明与古代文明相互碰撞的历史结点，尤其是后者，还表现出《良友》画报对中国古代文学的传承和改造。正因如此，《良友》画报以及它所表现的图像叙事，具有史料性和典型性，，对当今视觉文化的发展和中国古代文学中的图像研究都具有借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Founded in 1926, the "good Friends" pictorial is the first large-scale comprehensive news pictorial in the history of modern news and publication in China. The content covered all aspects of social life at that time. The expression of image narrative is not only characterized by the first stage of visual culture transformation, but also deeply influenced by local culture. This paper attempts to study the unique narrative characteristics of "good Friends" pictorial from the perspective of images, with emphasis on the interpretation of the "picture-text" relationship and the significance of spatial juxtaposition between images. The former mainly analyzes the relationship between images and characters in narration and their performance effects in order to clarify the different roles played by words and images in the different development process of image narration. The latter is based on the different classification of images, analyzes the relationship between the group diagram and the single image, the relationship between each image of the group diagram and their role in narrative. In addition to the exploration of the image narrative form, this paper will also analyze the narrative characteristics of "good friend" pictorial from the image content, in which there is a comparison or correspondence between the ancient and the present. There are also geographical differences in urban space. The era in which pictorial works are in is not only the era of the transition of visual culture from words to images, but also the historical node of the collision between modern industrial civilization and ancient civilization, especially the latter. It also shows the inheritance and transformation of the ancient Chinese literature by the pictorial. For this reason, the pictorial "good Friends" and its image narration are of historical and typicality, which can be used for reference for the development of visual culture and the study of images in ancient Chinese literature.
