中国图书出版产业的竞争结构与竞争趋势研究

【摘要】: 当前,中国图书出版产业的发展正进入一个低速增长时期,行业成长性不足,竞争激烈,因此,对出版产业的未来发展方向需要重新加以思考。本文针对的问题是:在知识经济时代和新的技术条件下,中国图书出版产业如何在新型产业链和价值链上,全面面向市场,针对各类客户和读者的多样化需求,以不断增强内容创新能力为基础,大力发展数字出版,推进出传统出版向数字出版产业的转型,构建并不断调整、巩固新的竞争优势,以确保自身的长期生存和不断成长,从而推动中国图书出版产业的健康持续稳定的发展。 为此,本文运用战略管理、产业集群、产业链和价值链等理论和分析工具,对中国图书出版产业进行了实证分析。通过对近年中国图书出版产业的各项数据和各种竞争力量进行了历史的、结构的分析,归纳出影响整个行业健康持续稳定发展的主要问题,探求这些问题的症结所在。同时对中国图书出版产业的竞争结构和竞争趋势进行分析,并从产业经济学层面予以探讨,探寻在中国这样一个发展中国家,在图书出版业这样一个市场化程度还很欠缺的产业,市场竞争者的竞争战略其选择路径是如何形成的,这种路径选择有怎样的合理性、存在什么问题以及应该如何解决这些问题,在此基础上,从企业的角度,就通过加速出版数字化以实现出版业的产业转型进行了实证分析,并从政府角度,提出了提升中国图书出版产业竞争力的对策。
[Abstract]:At present, the development of China's book publishing industry is entering a period of low growth. The industry has insufficient growth and fierce competition. Therefore, the future development direction of the publishing industry needs to be reconsidered. This paper aims at the following problems: in the era of knowledge economy and new technology, how to face the market in the new industry chain and value chain in China, and how to meet the diversified needs of customers and readers? On the basis of continuously enhancing the ability of content innovation, we should vigorously develop digital publishing, push forward the transition from traditional publishing to digital publishing industry, construct and adjust constantly, consolidate new competitive advantages, and ensure our long-term survival and continuous growth. So as to promote the healthy and stable development of Chinese book publishing industry. Therefore, using the theories and analysis tools of strategic management, industrial cluster, industrial chain and value chain, this paper makes an empirical analysis on the book publishing industry in China. Through the historical and structural analysis of the various data and various competitive forces of the Chinese book publishing industry in recent years, the main problems affecting the healthy and steady development of the whole industry are summed up, and the crux of these problems is explored. At the same time, it analyzes the competitive structure and competitive trend of China's book publishing industry, and probes into it from the level of industrial economics to explore the development of China as a developing country. In the book publishing industry, which is still lacking in the degree of marketization, how does the competitive strategy of market competitors form its choice path, and what is the rationality of this path choice? What problems and how to solve these problems, on the basis of this, from the perspective of enterprises, through accelerating the publication digitization to achieve the industrial transformation of the publishing industry, and from the perspective of the government. This paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the competitiveness of China's book publishing industry.
