出版企业多元化经营的动因、条件与路径研究

【摘要】:多元化经营是出版企业在一定发展阶段和行业背景下的一种战略选择,是出版业发展和转型的途径与内在要求。本文从理论和实践两大方面分析出版企业多元化经营的动因与条件,并阐述了出版企业多元化经营的基本路径。
[Abstract]:Diversification is a kind of strategic choice for publishing enterprises in a certain stage of development and industry background. It is also the way and inherent requirement of the development and transformation of publishing industry. This paper analyzes the reasons and conditions of diversified management of publishing enterprises from two aspects of theory and practice, and expounds the basic path of diversification of publishing enterprises.
