河北省高校校报传播效果探析

【摘要】： 高校校报作为社会媒体的补充、我国新闻事业的重要组成部分,作用越来越重要。加强高校校报建设,构筑强势宣传体系,对于引领校园文化、建设和谐校园、完成教育的使命有着深远意义。因此,对高校校报传播效果的调查研究就成为了一个重要的课题。介于个人精力有限,不能在全国范围内进行调查研究,因此选取河北省内重点高校的校报进行了有关调查,对高校校报传播效果做了以下几个方面的探讨。本文首先将对河北省高校校报传播效果研究的背景、研究目的、研究方法和意义进行梳理,构成了第一部分。在第二部分对河北省高校校报受众进行抽样调查,对报社成员进行个人访谈,同时搜集河北省部分高校校报进行内容分析,依据统计结果分析河北省高校校报传播效果现状。结合调查统计数据和笔者的文本分析,在本文的第三部分从传播主体、传播技巧、传播对象和传播环境四个方面分别阐述了影响高校校报发展的重要因素,据此在第四部分对高校校报地发展提出相应的建议：首先从宏观方面,要建立鲜明的组织文化,塑造高校校报的媒介形象；其次从微观方面,改进高校校报的具体措施,提高新闻报道质量,拓展报道视角；深入人文关怀的报道理念,注重与受众的互动；加强组织培训,建立符合自身特点的管理机制；利用校园优势,加强与兄弟高校校报和社会媒体的交流。
[Abstract]:As a supplement of social media, college newspaper plays an increasingly important role in journalism in China. It is of great significance to strengthen the construction of university newspaper and build a strong propaganda system for guiding campus culture, building harmonious campus and accomplishing the mission of education. Therefore, the investigation and research on the communication effect of university newspaper has become an important subject. In view of the limited personal energy, it is impossible to carry out investigation and research in the whole country. Therefore, the paper selects the key university newspaper in Hebei province to carry on the related investigation, and makes the following several aspects to discuss the transmission effect of the university newspaper. The first part is about the background, purpose, research method and significance of the research on the communication effect of college newspaper in Hebei province. In the second part, the author conducts a sample survey on the audience of the university newspaper in Hebei Province, interviews with the newspaper members, and collects some university newspapers in Hebei Province for content analysis, and analyzes the current situation of the transmission effect of the college newspaper in Hebei Province according to the statistical results. Based on the statistical data and the author's text analysis, in the third part of this paper, the important factors that affect the development of college newspaper are discussed from four aspects: the main body of communication, the communication skills, the object of communication and the communication environment. In the fourth part, the author puts forward the corresponding suggestions on the development of the university newspaper: firstly, from the macro aspect, we should establish a distinct organizational culture and shape the media image of the university newspaper; Secondly, from the micro aspect, improve the concrete measures of the university newspaper, improve the quality of the news report, expand the perspective of the report, go deep into the humanistic concern of the report idea, pay attention to the interaction with the audience; To strengthen the organization and training, to establish the management mechanism according to its own characteristics, and to make use of the campus advantage to strengthen the communication with the fraternal university newspaper and social media.
