【摘要】：在晚清维新变法大潮中,由江标、唐才常等人主办的《湘学报》在湖南长沙应运而生。它是近代湖南第一份报纸,与维新运动紧密联系,是资产阶级维新派在华中地区的重要舆论阵地。作为维新运动的重要组成部分,它敢于为维新运动造势,为争取政治、经济、教育、军事等方面的变革积极呐喊。它前期与上海的《时务报》、澳门的《知新报》一起形成鼎足之势,在当时产生了较大影响。《湘学报》创刊于民族危亡的形势日益严峻、国内要求变革的呼声日益高涨之际。它顺应时代潮流,勇扛宣传维新变法的大旗。它的刊物人员既有开明官员,又有先进士绅,官、士、绅合办是它的重要特色。《湘学报》开设史学、掌故学、舆地学、算学、商学、交涉学六个主要栏目,并严格按照栏目类别刊载文章,非常有利于读者阅读。为了便于发行,它前期言辞平缓,坚持只谈学理、不议朝政的立场,逐渐建立了属于自己的读者群体,随着维新运动的日益开展,它的言辞逐渐激进,一度成为维新、守旧两派论争的重要阵地。《湘学报》所载文章颇有特色,强调讲求学术的宗旨使它与《时务报》、《知新报》、《湘报》等重点讲求政治的维新派报刊有所区别,它重点介绍了西方的自然科学、教育学、经济学、外交学等方面的情况和学术知识,学术的涵盖量是其它维新派报刊不能比的。这大大开阔了人们的视野,增加了人们的学识。作为维新派报刊,它立足湖南,提出了推行君主立宪、切实讲求时务、大力发展商业、发展近代教育等一系列的变法主张,在宣传维新变法、配合湖南新政方面也发挥了重要作用。西学与变法成为《湘学报》的主要内容。较为全面的介绍西方学术和切合实际的变法主张,使《湘学报》产生了深刻的历史影响,它为《湘报》的诞生打下了基础,成为变法的有力推动者。但是,《湘学报》在本身面貌和刊载内容方面也存在一些缺陷和不足。
[Abstract]:In the tide of reform in late Qing Dynasty, Hunan Journal, sponsored by Jiang Biao, Tang Caichang and others, came into being in Changsha, Hunan Province. It is the first newspaper in modern Hunan, closely linked with the reform movement, and an important position of public opinion of bourgeois reformists in central China. As an important part of the reform movement, it dares to build a momentum for the reform movement, to fight for the political, economic, educational, military and other aspects of change. At that time, it formed a great influence with the Shanghai Times and the Macao Zhixin newspaper. The Journal of Hunan was founded when the situation of national peril was increasingly severe, and the domestic demand for reform was rising day by day. It conforms to the trend of the times, brave to carry the banner of propaganda reform. Its publication staff are not only enlightened officials, but also advanced gentry, officials, scholars, gentry joint cooperation is its important characteristic. [Journal of Hunan] opened six main columns of historiography, allusions, geography, arithmetic, business, and negotiation. And strictly according to the column category published articles, very conducive to readers to read. In order to facilitate its distribution, its early words were gentle, it insisted on the position of only talking about academic principles and not discussing government politics, and it gradually established its own readership. With the development of the reform movement, its words were gradually radical and once became reform. An important position in the debate between the conservative schools. The articles contained in the Journal of Hunan are quite distinctive, and the emphasis on academic purposes distinguishes it from other reformist newspapers, such as the "Times News", "Zhixin newspaper" and "Xiangbao", which emphasize the natural sciences of the West. Education, economics, diplomacy and other aspects of the situation and academic knowledge, academic coverage can not be compared with other reformist newspapers. This greatly broadens people's horizons and increases people's knowledge. As a reformist newspaper, it established itself in Hunan and put forward a series of reform propositions, such as promoting the monarchy constitution, earnestly stressing time affairs, vigorously developing commerce, developing modern education, and so on. Cooperation with the Hunan New deal also played an important role. Western learning and reform have become the main contents of the Journal of Hunan Province. A more comprehensive introduction to the western academic and practical ideas of reform has made the Journal of Hunan have a profound historical impact, which laid the foundation for the birth of the newspaper and became a powerful promoter of the reform. However, Hunan Journal also has some defects and deficiencies in its own appearance and contents.
