中南传媒盈利模式优化研究

【摘要】:当前我国把文化建设作为经济建设的一个关键部分,同时也把文化领域纳入国民经济支柱性领域内。在2015年中共、国务院两办推出印发的《关于推动国有文化企业把社会效益放在首位、实现社会效益和经济效益相统一的指导意见》中,提到必须引导国有文化企业自觉追求社会效益最大化,实现可持续发展。出版媒体在文化产业中承担着重要的角色,我国对于出版媒体的发展提供了很多政策上的帮助,也不断深化其系统和运营方式的改革。然而在这个经济全球化的时代,它们的生存仍然面临着严峻的考验,怎样让这些企业更好的生存发展?我们不得不去关注出版媒体的经济收入来源、怎样去发掘这个行业的产业价值、怎样去寻找适宜的盈利模式、获得可持续发展、提高品质等诸多问题。中南传媒相对于其他的出版传媒上市公司而言,中南传媒有其独特性与借鉴性。因此本文对其盈利模式优化研究展开了分析,期待能够为企业的可持续性发展寻找适宜的模式,同时也能为别的相关行业提供有效的参考资料。本文首先对盈利模式和出版传媒行业的相关概念和定义进行了阐述分析。接着,总结了中南传媒所属的出版媒体领域的相关盈利模式特征和不足点,其次对中南传媒的盈利模式、财务指标进行了详细的对比分析,分析了中南传媒盈利能力、营运能力和发展潜力等,分析可以得知中南传媒盈利模式存在着许多的问题,中南传媒虽然尝试着多元化的盈利模式,而事实上他的盈利点极为单一,获得的盈利来源仍旧以教材教辅为主,并且有逐年增长的趋势。而中南传媒获得的教材教辅收入更多的是来自于政策优待而不是本身产品的特殊性和优质性。中南传媒由传统的政策性出版行业向新兴多元化出版传媒发展过程中存在着一定的问题,最后对中南传媒盈利模式优化研究提出相关优化策略,为我国正在优化的相关公司提供相关建议。对于中南传媒,其盈利模式的重点在于业务结构的多元化,过于单一的产品和盈利点不足以使企业应付日趋月换的经济环境,过于依赖政治政策而不是真正的提升自己的产品优质度,是不能够持续成长的。对于传统的出版传媒行业来说,盈利模式的优化不仅仅是发展一些新的产业或者是提高现阶段的盈利而已,还需要真正扭转企业的劣势,改变企业的短板。只有真正的遵循客户的需求,追求企业价值最大化,才能真正构建出符合自己企业特点和需求的盈利模式。
[Abstract]:At present, our country regards the cultural construction as a key part of the economic construction, and also brings the cultural field into the pillar field of the national economy. In 2015, the Communist Party of China, the State Council and the Office of the State Council issued a "guiding opinion on promoting state-owned cultural enterprises to put social benefits first and achieve the unity of social and economic benefits." State-owned cultural enterprises must be guided to pursue social benefits maximization and realize sustainable development. The publishing media plays an important role in the cultural industry. Our country has provided a lot of policy help for the development of the publishing media and deepened the reform of its system and operation mode. However, in this era of economic globalization, their survival is still facing a severe test, how to make these enterprises better survival and development? We have to pay attention to the source of economic income of the publishing media, how to explore the industry value of this industry, how to find the appropriate profit model, how to obtain sustainable development, improve the quality and so on. Compared with other listed publishing media companies, Central-South Media has its uniqueness and reference. Therefore, this paper analyzes the optimization of its profit model, hoping to find a suitable model for the sustainable development of enterprises, and can also provide effective reference materials for other related industries. In this paper, the profit model and the related concepts and definitions of the publishing media industry are described and analyzed. Then, it summarizes the characteristics and shortcomings of the relevant profit models in the field of publishing media belonging to the Central and Southern Media. Secondly, it makes a detailed comparative analysis of the profit models and financial indicators of the media, and analyzes the profitability of the media. The analysis of the operating ability and development potential shows that there are many problems in the profit model of the Central-South Media. Although the Center-South Media is trying to diversify its profit model, in fact, its profit point is very simple. The profit source is still based on teaching materials and teaching aids, and has a growing trend year by year. And the middle-south medium gets the teaching material supplementary income more from the policy preference rather than its own product particularity and the quality. There are some problems in the process of the development from the traditional policy publishing industry to the new diversified publishing media. Finally, the optimization strategy is put forward for the optimization of the profit mode of the media. To provide relevant advice for the related companies that are being optimized in our country. For Central-South Media, the focus of its profit model is on the diversification of its business structure. Too single products and profit points are not sufficient to enable enterprises to cope with the increasingly changing economic environment. Relying too much on political policy rather than really improving the quality of your product is not sustainable. For the traditional publishing media industry, the optimization of profit model is not only to develop some new industries or to improve the current profit, but also to really reverse the disadvantages of enterprises and change the short board of enterprises. Only by following the needs of customers and pursuing the maximization of enterprise value can we really build a profit model that conforms to the characteristics and needs of our own enterprises.
