【摘要】：正2015年12月12日,第24届全国科技类出版社社长总编辑年会在人民邮电出版社胜利召开,会议由中国版协科技委常务副主任兼秘书长张敬德主持。本次会议以"学习贯彻党的十八届五中全会精神;加快转型升级;坚持突出主业;确保综合质量;实现双效统一"为主题。会上,中国版协科技委主任俸培宗在2015年的工作总结中谈到,2015年科技委加强了调研力度,调研科技类出版社在深化出版改革、建立现代出版企业制度、创新出
[Abstract]:On December 12, 2015, the 24th Annual meeting of Chief Editors of National Science and Technology Publishing House was successfully held at the people's Post and Telecommunications Publishing House. The meeting was chaired by Zhang Jingde, executive deputy director and secretary-general of the CST of China Edition Association. The theme of the meeting was "to study and implement the spirit of the Fifth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee; to speed up the transformation and upgrading; to persist in highlighting the main cause; to ensure the comprehensive quality; and to realize the dual-effect unification". At the meeting, Wei Peizong, director of the CST of the Chinese version Association, said in the summary of his work in 2015 that the CST strengthened its research efforts in 2015, and that the scientific and technological publishing houses were deepening the publishing reform, establishing a modern publishing enterprise system, and innovating
