从“抗日神剧”看音像制品出版的调控管理

【摘要】：粗制滥造、违背常识的"抗日神剧",在情节、台词、制作上均有明显瑕疵。但在准入端,获准许可播映的电视剧制成的VCD、DVD,则较为容易地通过ISBN条码这一重要关口进行发行。相关调控与管理的规范在各省把关的时候,从内容构成进一步细化、在省一级设立影视评议机构、注重收视率但绝不唯收视率、坚持审美倾向的艺术评价原则、严格意义上的群众认可等方面综合治理。
[Abstract]:The "anti-Japanese god drama", which is made indiscriminately and goes against common sense, has obvious defects in plot, lines and production. But at the access end, VCD,DVD, made from licensed dramas, is easier to distribute through the ISBN bar code. When regulating and managing the relevant norms in each province, the content structure is further refined, and a film and television evaluation organization is set up at the provincial level to pay attention to the ratings but not to only the ratings, and to adhere to the artistic evaluation principle of aesthetic inclination. Strict sense of mass approval and other aspects of comprehensive management.
