新时代呼唤编辑工匠精神的回归

【摘要】：编辑的工匠精神是保证和提升出版物质量的关键。党的十九大对我国当前社会主要矛盾的新判断是加快发展文化产业的重要依据,也对文化生产提出了更高要求。新时代人民群众"日益增长的美好生活需要"要求出版产业更加突出社会效益、提升质量、打造精品。而专业求精与职业素养是编辑工匠精神的内在要求和外化表现。出版业的健康可持续发展迫切需要编辑工匠精神的回归。广泛激发与深度培育编辑的工匠精神,需要出版管理部门、出版单位、编辑个体各司其职,上下联动,共同努力。
[Abstract]:Editor's craftsmanship is the key to ensuring and improving the quality of publications. The new judgment made by the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China on the main social contradictions in our country is an important basis for speeding up the development of cultural industry and puts forward higher requirements for cultural production. In the new era, "the growing need for a better life" requires the publishing industry to give prominence to social benefits, improve quality and create fine products. And professional refinement and professional accomplishment are the inherent requirements and externalization of editor craftsman's spirit. The healthy and sustainable development of publishing industry urgently needs the return of editor craftsman spirit. It is necessary for the publishing management departments, publishing units and editors to carry out their respective duties and make joint efforts to develop the artisans' spirit of editing in a wide range of ways.
