台湾地区儿童出版物分级制度探析

【摘要】:2016年4月,《全民阅读促进条例(征求意见稿)》正式公开征求意见,征求意见稿第22条明确要求根据不同年龄段未成年人身心发展状况,推广阶梯阅读,并在出版物显著位置标识适宜的年龄段。这意味着大陆出版市场针对未成年人的阅读开始实行分级制度。台湾地区儿童出版物分级制度施行多年并取得一定成效,文章通过分析该地区相关制度以期为我国大陆地区制定完善的儿童出版物分级制度提供参考。
[Abstract]:In April 2016, the regulations on the Promotion of National Reading (draft for solicitation of opinions) officially solicited opinions, and Article 22 of the draft for consultation explicitly requires the promotion of ladder reading according to the physical and mental development of minors of different ages. The appropriate age range is identified in a prominent position in the publication. This means that the mainland publishing market for the reading of minors began to implement a classification system. The classification system of children's publications in Taiwan area has been implemented for many years and has achieved certain results. This paper analyzes the relevant systems in this area in order to provide a reference for the establishment of a perfect classification system for children's publications in mainland China.
