亚马逊有声书运营策略分析

【摘要】:有声书早在20世纪30年代就已出现,但直到近几年才得以快速发展,其中亚马逊在有声书领域耕耘多年,为有声书走向有声娱乐主流做出了重要的贡献。文章对亚马逊有声书经营策略进行剖析,认为长线发展的并购策略、基于自助出版的产品开发、灵活的价格策略以及贯穿始终的以用户为中心的服务理念是其成功的主要因素。
[Abstract]:Audio books appeared as early as 1930s, but only in recent years have they been developed rapidly. Amazon has worked hard in the field of audio books for many years, and has made important contributions to the trend of audio books to the mainstream of audio entertainment. This paper analyzes the management strategy of Amazon audio book, and points out that the main factors of its success are the long term development strategy of M & A, the product development based on self-publishing, the flexible price strategy and the service idea of taking the user as the center throughout the whole time.
