湖南出版集团核心竞争力研究

【摘要】:改革开放以来,我国出版业飞速发展。目前,我国正处于传统出版与数字化出版相互结合、相互交叉、相互促进的转型期。在以图书、报纸、期刊出版等为代表的传统产业保持一定速度的增长之外,以网络游戏、数字出版、手机出版等为代表的新兴产业正在以惊人的速度发展。 2009年,我国新闻出版业全行业总产出为10668.9亿元。2010年新闻出版产业的增加值占国内文化产业核心层增加值的60%以上,投融资体制改革取得重大突破,45家新闻出版企业成功上市,总市值达到5700亿元。湖南出版集团旗下的中南传媒就是成功上市的新闻出版企业之一。2010年,湖南出版集团以上市为契机,以创新为动力,取得了历史性的大丰收。 本文立足于科学理解企业核心竞争力的概念、本质、属性、特征等基本理论知识的基础上,通过结合规范分析、实证分析以及定性分析、定量分析等研究方法,融合传播学、管理学、经济学的相关理论,探讨出版企业的核心竞争力构成,并以此为基础构造出一个评价出版企业核心竞争力的模型,把出版企业的核心竞争力评价指标分为生产能力、管理整合能力、市场营销能力、企业文化和品牌凝聚力四个级指标和十六个二级指标。同时通过运用问卷调查、层次分析和模糊综合评价等方法以及出版企业核心竞争力评价模型,对湖南出版集团的核心竞争力进行实证评测和分析,再结合世界出版业发展趋势和湖南出版集团发展现状,为提升湖南出版集团核心竞争力提出对策,并期望能为国内出版行业科学发展提供具有可操作性的参考意见。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's publishing industry has developed rapidly. At present, our country is in the transition period of combining traditional publishing and digital publishing, intersecting each other and promoting each other. In addition to the traditional industries represented by books, newspapers, periodicals and so on, the emerging industries represented by online games, digital publishing and mobile phone publishing are developing at an astonishing speed. In 2009, the total output of the press and publishing industry in China was one trillion sixty six billion eight hundred and eighty nine million nine hundred and ninety nine thousand nine hundred and ninety nine yuan. In 2010, the added value of the press and publication industry accounted for more than 60% of the added value of the core layer of the domestic cultural industry, and major breakthroughs were made in the reform of the investment and financing system. 45 news and publishing enterprises have successfully listed, with a total market capitalization of 570 billion yuan. The Central and South Media of Hunan Publishing Group is one of the successful news and publishing enterprises. In 2010, Hunan Publishing Group took listing as an opportunity and took innovation as the driving force, and achieved a historic harvest. This paper is based on a scientific understanding of the concept, essence, attributes, characteristics and other basic theoretical knowledge of the core competence of an enterprise, through the combination of normative analysis, empirical analysis and qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis and other research methods, the integration of communication, Based on the related theories of management and economics, this paper discusses the composition of the core competence of publishing enterprises, and constructs a model to evaluate the core competence of publishing enterprises, and divides the evaluation indexes of core competitiveness of publishing enterprises into productive capacity. Management integration ability, marketing ability, corporate culture and brand cohesion four levels of indicators and 16 secondary indicators. At the same time, the core competence of Hunan Publishing Group is evaluated and analyzed by means of questionnaire, analytic hierarchy process, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and so on, as well as the evaluation model of core competence of publishing enterprises. Combined with the development trend of the world publishing industry and the present development situation of Hunan Publishing Group, this paper puts forward some countermeasures for promoting the core competitiveness of Hunan Publishing Group, and hopes to provide operable reference suggestions for the scientific development of domestic publishing industry.
