践行“四向四做”,倡导先进传媒文化

【摘要】：正《青年记者》是面向新闻工作者的专业期刊,以"先进传媒文化倡导者"为办刊宗旨,紧紧围绕我国新闻传媒业改革发展的新趋势和新闻工作的新变化,积极推动新闻人职业精神、职业能力的提升。新闻专业期刊的编辑是"站"在新闻工作者后面的人,虽有特殊性,也是新闻工作者的一部分。作为《青年记者》的编辑,我在工作中不断探索先进传媒文化的内涵是什么,杂志究竟应该向新闻工作者倡导什么、反对什么,自己应该做怎样的新闻工作者。
[Abstract]:"Young journalists" is a professional journal for journalists, with the aim of "advanced media and cultural advocates", and closely revolves around the new trends in the reform and development of the news and media industry in China and the new changes in journalism work. Actively promote the professional spirit of journalists, professional ability to improve. The editor of journalism specialized periodical is the person who stands behind the journalist, although has the particularity, is also a part of the journalist. As the editor of Young reporters, I constantly explore the connotation of advanced media culture in my work, what the magazine should advocate to journalists, what to oppose, what I should be a journalist.
