丁福保与近代中国营养卫生科学的传播

【摘要】:晚清民国时期,丁福保出版发行了一大批营养卫生学著述,为近代中国营养卫生科学的传播作出重要贡献。丁福保对近代营养卫生科学的推介,既显示出相当的科学性,又具有鲜明的实用性。
[Abstract]:During the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China, Ding Fubao published a large number of works on nutrition and hygiene, which made important contributions to the dissemination of nutrition and health science in modern China. Ding Fubao's introduction to modern nutrition and health science not only shows quite scientific, but also has distinct practicability.
